The educational ground rules is regulatory aspect of the context of classroom discourse. The purpose of this research is to establish and improve regulatory aspect of the context of literature-debate class. I want to do this work through exploring the nature of literature-debate class, exploring lesson plans and lesson executions and lesson reflection, exploring of topics and issues of literatures. Activity rules are as follows: Literature-debate class shall be to discover humanity. Lesson plan and execution and reflection shall be based on the literary works. Understanding and appreciation of literary works shall mainly discuss propositions and issues. Claims and disputes shall be in the position of the characters of the literary works. Educational context and control will help for learners to link the everyday life and literary texts, to obtain the data and debate information, to say his own understanding and appreciation of literary works, to generalize the meaning of a literary work, to reflect on literature-debate class.
