Multicultural Society and Education Studies 1, 30-52. In this thesis, I examined the various absurdities, prejudices, discrimination currently undergoing in Korea society through Korean films of representing sexual diversity <Troublers> and <Jane>. Although the perception of sexual minorities is gradually improving, Korean still has a high negative perception about it among the members of society. Furthermore, the possibilities legislating an independent law for same sex couples in other to granting legal protection to them are not high.
As a way of promoting a more positive view of Korean, providing adequate protection for LGBTQIA in Korea society, I presented it from the view of education, law and policy, and religion.
