First, a plan to unify the central ministry’s foreign policy and the basic plan for multicultural family policy is requested. Second, the budget should be drawn up to the number of foreign residents and the number of tasks. Third, the establishment of a foreign policy in Chungnam as a population policy is requested. Fourth, a region-based immigration administration platform administrative system should be established. Finally, a system for identifying blind spots to support foreign residents should be introduced.
