AB - 淸 나라 초 順治, 康熙, 雍正 황제는 통일된 중앙집권정치와 상응하기 위해 전면적으로 漢문화를 받아들이고, 程朱의 理學을 숭상하는 문화 정책을 채택했다. 經筵을 매일 실시해 제왕들은 유교 경전의 이해를 높였다. 康熙帝는 재능과 전략, 박학과 능력을 지녀 유가사상에 능통할 수 있었고, 매일의 강연 내용을 책으로 편찬하도록 하명했다.≪日講易經講義≫와 “彙纂”(如≪欽定春秋傳說彙纂≫) 등 두 계열의 어전 경전 해석 그리고 부분 理學 저서, 예를 들면 ≪御纂朱子全書≫ 등이 그것이다. 康熙는 道統과 君權으로 어전에서 정한 경전 해석을 왕조의 새로운 경전 해석으로 삼고, 여러 신하들과 서원에 배포했다. 雍正, 乾隆은 이를 계승해 이론을 강화하고, 전임 군주를 성인으로 삼고, 어전 경전 해석 찬수 프로젝트를 완성하며, 아울러 점차 세상에 확대해 선비들의 필독서로 만들었다. 四庫館의 신하가 어전 경전 해석에 대해 동의하고 추앙하자 다시 학계에서 新經典의 지위를 공고히 했으며, 정치적 강권으로 추진해 新經典은 막강한 영향력을 지니게 됐다. 新經典의 확립은 청 조정이 경전의 의리에 대한 해석권을 전유한 것으로 程朱理學의 진일보한 발전을 저해했고, 유가 학자들로 하여금 훈고 고증학의 학문 방식만을 선택케 했다. 그로 인해 乾隆이래의 사상과 학술 면모에 깊은 영향을 주었으며 경전 문헌 전승 방식을 결정했다.
