Editorial Policy

Peer Review Policy

1. The paper examiner shall have a Ph.D. or higher in pedagogy and pedagogy related fields. They shall be a middle standing scholar who can lead the related field with clear research achievements.

2. Paper examiners who are familiar with the contents of submitted papers shall be appointed by the editing committee.

3. In the case of a paper planned and commissioned by the editing committee for the development of the journal, the review is conducted through an editing committee meeting.

4. Submitters and reviewers belonging to the same organization shall be excluded from the paper examination if possible.
