Modern society gradually change into diversification and specialization, the field of medical service also is specialized in these days. According to changes, A medical institution stress the need of women's min space of the concept "Well Women Clinic" Therefore, this study aims to propose improve way and architectural data after analysis the developing circumstances and problem on the architectural planning on the ward of women's hospital by case studies on the ward of women's hospital builded recently in korea.

In the 70s, facility called 'Sozialstation' was introduced in Germany, which is a supporting organisation for a systematic and efficient integrated health and social service system for the aged. As a theoretical approach, presented here could be a foundation for space planning for the development of an integrated health and social service system for the aged in Korea, this study examines design, concept, function, operation area and origin background etc. of the 'Sozialstation' through the case studies of space program.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the design characteristics of welfare facilities for the aged in Japan in order to establish the basic data for such facilities in Korea. In conclusion of analysis, the design characteristics of welfare facilities for the aged can be summarized as follows; the dignity of the individual, the privacy, the small group units, the sociopsychological support, the succession of regional and cultural factors, the nature, the safety, the interior materials for the old men, the improvement of staves' environment, the energy reduction and earth environment. The aged welfare equipments in Japan are her products which reflect the society and culture of Japan, therefore our efforts to convert them to equipments which are suitable to our culture and emotion are desired urgently

서울대학병원의 마스터플랜 재구성에 대한 프로젝트로서 기존의 환경에 대한 조사와 분석 그리고 외국사례와의 비교를 통해 앞으로 서울대학병원이 나아가야 할 목표 및 방향을 단기(1-2년), 중기(2-5년), 장기(10년 이상)계획으로 나누어 각 단계별 항목들을 분석, 구체화하였다. 단계계획에서는 응급실의 확장과 어린이 병원증축에 대한 내용을 제시하였고, 중기계획에서는 외래진료센타(ambulatory care center)에 대한 공간구성을 통하여 기존 마스터플랜이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하였다. 장기계획에서는 어린이 병원의 이전, 캠퍼스 기능구획을 연구, 교육, 병원으로의 분류, 공급시설의 개선과정을 제시하였다. 이 연구를 통하여, 한국의 병원시장에 대한 경향을 다음과 같이 분석할 수 있었다. 1) 증축공간이 부족한 도심에 밀집한 한국병원의 경우, 리노베이션을 통한 마스터플랜은 다양한 시설물을 개선, 관리, 통합할 수 있는 방법이다. 2) 편리성, 환자의 프라이버시, 전문성, 방문자 오락시설, 통합적인 치료환경의 구축이다. 3) 예방 의약품의 증가, 건강센타, 건강중심의 프로그램, 확장된 진료시설 등 건강유지분야의 개발이다. 마스터 플랜은 계속 진행되는 과정의 일부분이며, 변화하는 조건 속에서 적용되어, 수정되어져야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 경제성장과 함께 빠르게 발전하고 있는 중국의료시설의 최근 의료 환경과 의료시설의 변화 동향을 분석한 것으로 병원의 디자인, 병동 유니트 계획, 의료자원의 지역적 불균형과 건축기준 등 다각도의 변화 동향을 사진, 도면과 함께 제시하였으며, 중국 의료시설의 문제점과 과제를 정리하였다.중국의 의료시설은 현재 급속한 성장기에 놓여 있으며, 그 과정에서 의료자원의 대도시 집중과 병원의 대형화 현상으로 지역적 의료자원의 불균형 문제가 나타나고 있고, 환자부족으로 중소병원의 경영문제가 심각한 반면, 대규모 병원은 환자집중으로 긴 대기시간과 혼잡함 등의 문제가 나타나고 있다. 또한 대규모병원과 중소병원 간 의료자원의 과다한 중복으로 비효율성 문제가 지적되고 있어 합리적인 경제기반에 기초한 효율적인 의료시설과 건물시스템을 어떻게 개발할 것인가 하는 점이 중국 의료시설의 큰 과제중의 하나가 되고 있다.
