    Efficient Busbars for Distribution Boards and Distribution Boards R & D Laser Cutting Machine

    Abstract
    This research is a technology for cutting the insulation of the busbar (busbar) installed in the distribution panel or switchboard, the results of the study, first, the cutting unit and frame of the cutting unit including a housing attached to the upper and lower cutters, respectively Busbar coating laser cutting machine is installed on the top, characterized by consisting of a stopper for adjusting the coating cutting distance of the busbar.     The Effect of ICT Environment on Management Performance -Focusing the Mediating Effects of Organizational Participation-

    Abstract
    This study investigated the relationship between ICT environment and business performance. In the case of Korea’s major industries, large corporations have already established and operate a considerable level of smart factories, leading the global market. However, SMEs, which account for 95% of the total companies, are not able to build smart factories themselves. Smart factory construction The total number of government-supported enterprises is 4.891 companies (3,984 companies, 907 companies in construction) 2.9% of factories and 97.1% (166,344 companies) There is a big problem to be improved. The result of this study is that the first research objective of this study, which suggests the theoretical system that the will of the manager is most important for the successful establishment of the smart factory, which is part of the corporate innovation to meet the rapidly changing environment. Second, it can be seen that financing for building a smart factory is a key factor in building a smart factory, as well as funding itself. Third, it was found that besides its own technology, technology support for government and external technology consulting support are very important for smart construction. Fourth, organizational participation of internal organizers showed that cooperative and positive positive participation is also a factor of success. As a follow-up study, we analyzed the cause of the company’s operation, analyzed the cause of the problem with the 4M1E technique, developed the countermeasures, and compared it before and after the improvement, standardized the improvement and needed further study.     The Effect of Improving Work Environment on Personal Performance

    Abstract
    This study analyzed the effect of the improvement of the work environment of the worker on the performance of the individual. A total of 50 questionnaires were analyzed for SME workers. First, the correlation between the work environment of the worker and the work performance of the individual is -388, the correlation coefficient between the salary level and the contribution is .566, the salary level and the job satisfaction .586, The results of this study were as follows. First, it was confirmed that there was a significant relationship between the contribution and the peer relationship -.331, p < .05, and the job satisfaction and peer relationship .373, the working environment and working time were .442, And it was found to be significant at p >.01 level. Second, job performance had a significant effect on job performance (p <.05, β = .340) and peer relationship (p <.05, β = .320) (P <.001, β = .465) were found to have a significant effect on the level of achievement and contribution, but not statistically significant. Third, it was confirmed that there was no difference between the groups in terms of work performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, we analyzed the effect of improvement of work environment on individual work performance by analyzing the work environment and work performance perceived by SME workers.

    Adolescent Suicides in Korea a Review of Causes and Suggestions for Prevention

    Abstract
    Thus, this study suggests following solutions to youth suicides in South Korea. First, we need to help adolescents to establish their identities based on the traditional ethical principles from both eastern and western cultures. Second, we claim that improvement of educational environment is urgently needed. Adolescents’ emotional securities need to be well supported through stabilized family lives and we need to set expanded communication system between students and the school education system to help teenagers lead happier and more active school lives. Lastly, this study suggests establishing a social security system by eliminating potential risk factors and extending the protection factors so that Korean adolescents do not hesitate asking for help to protect themselves when they feel suicidal.

    A Study on the Influence of Boss Leadership Style on Job Attitude

    Abstract
    This study analyzed the effects of supervisor ‘s leadership style on job attitude. questionnaires were analyzed for workers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. First, the correlation coefficient between intellectual stimulation and organizational commitment was .537, the correlation coefficient between intellectual stimulation and turnover intention was .454, and the correlation between turnover intention and charisma was .426, with a confidence level of p <.01 The correlation coefficient between intellectual stimulation and job satisfaction was .356, the correlation between organizational commitment and charisma was .405, the correlation between turnover and charisma was .396, and the correlation level was p <.05. Second, the intellectual stimulation had a significant effect on the confidence level of p <.05 on organizational commitment, which is a sub-domain of job attitude, and the turnover intention had a statistically significant effect on trust level of p <.01. Job satisfaction was not statistically significant. Third, among the general characteristics, organizational commitment and job satisfaction according to the residence were found to have group differences at the confidence level of p <.01. The purpose of this study is to provide useful data to improve the attitude of job by grasping the type of leadership of supervisor.

    The Influence of Entrepreneurship Education Experiences on the Intention of Entrepreneurship

    Abstract
    A total of 84 questionnaires were analyzed for students with experience in entrepreneurship education in Cheonan-Asan, Chungnam province. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the experience of founding education, the personal characteristics of university students, on intention to start a business. As a result, first, there was a correlation between the intention of incubation of college students and the intention of incubation. Significantly at the level. Second, education satisfaction, which is a subordinate factor of entrepreneurship education, did not have a significant effect on achievement desire and self-efficacy, which are subdomains of entrepreneurship intention.
