    A Study on the Network Architecture for KEPCO SCADA Systems

    SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) System was first introduced to the Seoul Electricity Authority, which manages the transportation part among the three business fields that produce, transport and supply electric power in Korea. Has been using the data link with 1200 bps and 9600 bps in 5 protocols such as HARRIS 6000, BSC, HDLC, L & N and Toshiba by configuring 3 layers of EMS, SCADA and RTU computer equipments in 1: N radial form. This paper presents the OSI standard network packet flow, analyzing DataLink and Network Layer, and presents a KEPCO SCADA network model composed of X.25 high - speed communication network using 3 layers of network. We proposed a future SCADA communication structure that improved the current SCADA communication structure, defined the SCADA DB structure, introduced the concept of the remote SCADA gateway to the SCADA functional structure, applied the standard communication protocol, Multiplexing of surveillance and control in other local facilities and ensuring communication openness

    A Study on the Influence of Human Resource Management of Franchise Restaurant Employees on Business Performance

    This study analyzed the effect of human resource management on the performance of franchise restaurant workers. First, employment management of franchisees did not have statistically significant effect on business performance. Second, evaluation management (p <.05, β= 1.887) showed a significant effect on job improvement, but did not affect financial performance significantly. Third, career management (p <.05, β= 1.715) was found to have an impact on financial performance, but it did not significantly affect job performance. Fourth, there was a somewhat higher correlation between job improvement and job management (.441), job improvement and evaluation management (.476), p <.01, and financial performance and employment management (.375) (.356), and financial performance and career management (.371) were found to be correlated with p <.05 significance level. This study analyzes the effect of human resources management on the performance of franchise restaurant workers, and finds out the importance of characteristics of factors such as recruitment management, career management, and evaluation management. Research has significance.

    A Study on the Influence of the Admission Promotion Method of Korea Polytechnic University on the Admission Competition

    This study The study analyzed the effect of the advertisement method of admission at Korea Polytechnic University on the competition rate for entrance to university. A total of 66 questionnaires were analyzed among freshmen and undergraduates at Korea Polytechnic University in Seoul. The first study revealed that the ground promotion (p <.01, β=. 363) had an effect on the competition rate, with the ground promotion having a statistical effect on the competition rate and therefore having a significant competitive edge. Second, it was analyzed that the ground promotion and registration rates were correlated to the p×.01 level with the. 297 level of media promotion and registration rates. Third, although the motivation for knowing the junior high school records and the Korean Polytechnic University did not significantly affect the registration rates, it was found that there were group differences because the admission patterns were higher than usual on time. This study analyzes the effect of the admission promotion method on the competition rate of the university, identifying the importance of ground advertisement, media promotion to the competition rate and registration rate, and identifying the effectiveness of characteristic factors.

    A Study on the Management Innovation of the Spot

    This study aims to suggest a new method to escape crisis of manufacturing industry. We focused on the field - oriented management innovation promotion performance divided into qualitative performance and quantitative performance. The site-centered management innovation is an organization that helps managers to quickly solve the problems faced by field management personnel by switching from manager-centered management method to on-site management personnel-oriented management. Find out the waste factors of the work and improve the process and set the process standards according to the customer's needs. Before working on the site, an employee should know exactly the process standard of what I will do, and frequently inspect the raw materials to make sure they meet the specifications. After the self-inspection is carried out, the standard is reviewed. If there is no abnormality, the cross-validation is carried out by the method which is carried over to the next step. The results of this study can be used to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing companies. New management innovation techniques are required to adapt to the rapidly changing international business environment, and this study has implications for this research.

    A study on the influence of communication type within organization recognized by members of organization affecting learning transfer climate

    This study is to investigate the relationship between the communication type recognized by members of organization and the learning transfer climate in the organization, and when it comes to the type of communications within organization set as independent variable, four variables such as communication with supervisor, media quality communication, and organizational outlook communication were proposed and regarding learning transfer climate which is a dependent variable, four sub-parameters such as supervisor support, colleague support, transfer opportunity and organizational compensation recognition were selected. 116 copies of the statistical data excluding statistically insignificant surveys were used for 150 participants who participated in the 2015 core competency curriculum for SMEs and 3 months have passed, in order to achieve this study’s objective. Meanwhile, the research hypothesis was verified with the collected data through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability verification, technical statistical analysis, and simple and multiple regression analysis by using the statistical package program of SPSS 20.0. Results of this study have shown that firstly, communication with supervisor, media quality communication, and organizational outlook communication all showed a positive (+) significant influence on the superior support in the influence relationship between communication type in organization and supervisor support which is learning transfer climate. Secondly, communication type in organization doesn’t appear to affect colleague support of learning transfer climate. Thirdly, communication with supervisor, media quality communication, and organizational outlook except for communication with colleagues have shown a positive (+) influence on transfer opportunity in the influence relationship between communication type in organization and transfer opportunity of learning transfer climate. Lastly, communication with supervisor and communication on organizational outlook showed positive(+) influence in the influence relationship between communication type in organization and organizational compensation recognition of learning transfer climate.

    Improved Guidelines for the Korean Quality Meister Policy

    this study, the problem of the quality is analyzed by questionnaire analysis of the current quality managers, and the German meister system, the Japanese name deduction system, the functional manager, and the quality manager system. First, we set up a quality guide selection classification guide model. Secondly, we set up a model for combining experience and expertise with theory. Third, we set up a quality brand application model to enhance competitiveness of SMEs. Fourth, The basic model is presented. The expected effects of these models are that, in the knowledge-based economy, in terms of identifying, fostering, and utilizing superior talents, quality experts combine academic theories and experience in each field to provide core expertise and knowledge, As a transformative leader and expert, we will become a leader of innovation activities by enhancing corporate competitiveness, developing younger leaders, and cooperating with suppliers. In order to strengthen competitiveness of SMEs, It will be possible to scale and cultivate the technology of SMEs.
