A Study on the Size Change of the Shear Surface by the Clearance in the Shaving Process

    Jeong, Sang Jun | Sung, Si Myung | 2016, 1(2) | pp.1~6 | number of Cited : 0
    Abstract
By using the high tensile steel plate (SPFH590) 1 Primary normal shear process clearance was studied through an experiment for the effect of the second shaving process in this study. Experiment result, Shaving process in the case of processed 15% of the Primary normal shear process clearance was some residual surface does not remove it completely. and Shaving process of shearing products by the general shearing process clearance of 10% it was found that the wider the size of shear surface. The shear surface of 93% occurred in case of the clearance of general shearing process is 10% and the Shaving clearance is 2%, The shear surface of 87% were to occur in case of the Shaving clearance is 3%.

Study on Electrical Properties and Structures of SnO2 Thin Films Depending on the Annealing Temperature

    Yeon, Su Ji | Lee, Sung Hee | Oh teresa | 2016, 1(2) | pp.7~11 | number of Cited : 0
    Abstract
SnO2 films were annealed in a vacuum atmosphere conditions to research the temperature dependency of current-voltage characteristics, crystal structure and chemical properties. The SnO2 film annealed in a vacuum became an amorphous structure, but the degree of amorphous structure changed in accordance with the content of oxygen vacancy, which increased at film annealed at 100℃ and then decreased over the sample at annealed at 150℃. Because the crystallinity was affected the content of oxygen vacancy. The oxygen vacancy as carriers disappeared with increasing the annealing temperatures, and the depletion layer increased. Therefore the content of exiton as optical properties increased with becoming the amorphous structure. So the intensity of PL spectra increased with increasing the annealing temperature.

Study on Electrical Properties and Structures of ZTO Thin Films Depending on the Annealing Temperature

    Jo, Yun Jung | HongJu Chae | Oh teresa | 2016, 1(2) | pp.13~17 | number of Cited : 0
    Abstract
ZTO films were annealed in a vaccum atmosphere conditions to research the temperature dependency of current-voltage characteristics. The ZTO film annealed in a vacuum became an amorphous structure but films annealed in an atmosphere condition had a crystal structure. The defects or depletion layer were formed by the electron-hole combination after annealing processes, and the electrical properties were changed depending on the crystal structure, binding energy and the variation of carriers. ZTO became more crystal-structural with increasing the annealing temperature, and the current increased at ZTO film annealed at 150 ℃ with Schottky contact.

    Abstract
This study analyzed the effect of Chung-nam province small manufaturing firm male workers’ participation in training on perceptions of effectiveness. The study results showed that Off-the-job training satisfaction significantly affected satisfaction of training system and helpfulness of self-development. It means that workers considered lecture or e-learning method is better than on-the-job training, so it is suggested that small manufacturing businesses should establish more organized training system for on-the-job training because workers’ perception of satisfaction and effectiveness of OJT was lower than Off-JT. This study provided implications for verifying the effectiveness depend on the type of training and presenting important points to enhance workers’ satisfaction of education and training.

Only the proper cultural heritage can make it always self-awaking, self-correcting and remaining vital in life. This paper ,from the perspective of Choi Bu’s Pyohaerok, makes a thorough analysis of the unbalance heritage of Chinese ancient culture for thousands of years. For example, many fine traditions gradually vanished in our actual life or only take half their life in heritage nowadays, such as our ancient broad and profound Confucian etiquette, ancient exquisite brocade art and architecture, ancient advanced ship-building technology and many other advanced numerous technological inventions; however, too much unwanted cultural rubbish keeps constant prevailing and takes repeated successions in the life, such as the heavy-form-and-light-content management mode, borrowing power to do evil, neglecting technological inventions long time and generally believing in ghost theory,etc.. This paper mainly focuses on the partial successions of the bad cultural heritage and its bad influence on the country, and concludes that it is just that that makes the country more and more backward. Therefore, the paper makes some pondering over these issues and proposes some related ideas of country-building to attract others participation to deal with them.

Nowadays, South Korea widely concludes the FTA with other countries, and the trade area has extended toward the neighboring continents and seas. Mongolia is a country with smallest economic entity but large in area and with abundant underground resources. And it’s a main strategic zone of Eurasia. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Mongolia began to turn to market economy, and eagerly made effort to open and reform. With the expanse of trade and economy cooperation between South Korea and Mongolia, Mongolia started its sea road expanding. And the south Korea went to inland to get the necessary resources. Both of them feed its needs and obtain its profits.
