    Software Similarity Measurement based on Dependency Graph using Harmony Search

    In this paper, we attempt to prevent certain cases by tracing a history and making genogram about open source software and its modification using similarity of source code. There are many areas which use open source software actively and widely, and open source software contributes their development. However, there are many unconscious cases like ignoring license or intellectual properties infringe which can lead litigation. To prevent such situation, we analyze source code similarity using program dependence graph which resembles subgraph isomorphism problem, a typical NP-complete problem. To solve subgraph isomorphism problem, we utilized harmony search of metaheuristic algorithm and compared its result with a genetic algorithm. For the future works, we represent open source software as program dependence graph and analyze their similarity.

    Investigation of light stimulated mouse brain activation in high magnetic field fMRI using image segmentation methods

    Magnetic resonance image (MRI) is widely used in brain research field and medical image. Especially, non-invasive brain activation acquired image technique, which is functional magnetic resonance image (fMRI) is used in brain study. In this study, we investigate brain activation occurred by LED light stimulation. For investigate of brain activation in experimental small animal, we used high magnetic field 9.4T MRI. Experimental small animal is Balb/c mouse, method of fMRI is using echo planar image (EPI). EPI method spend more less time than any other MRI method. For this reason, however, EPI data has low contrast. Due to the low contrast, image pre-processing is very hard and inaccuracy. In this study, we planned the study protocol, which is called block design in fMRI research field . The block designed has 8 LED light stimulation session and 8 rest session. All block is consist of 6 EPI images and acquired 1 slice of EPI image is 16 second. During the light session, we occurred LED light stimulation for 1 minutes 36 seconds. During the rest session, we do not occurred light stimulation and remain the light off state for 1 minutes 36 seconds. This session repeat the all over the EPI scan time, so the total spend time of EPI scan has almost 26 minutes. After acquired EPI data, we performed the analysis of this image data. In this study, we analysis of EPI data using statistical parametric map (SPM) software and performed image pre-processing such as realignment, co-registration, normalization, smoothing of EPI data. The pre-processing of fMRI data have to segmented using this software. However this method has 3 different method which is Gaussian nonparametric, warped modulate, and tissue probability map. In this study we performed the this 3 different method and compared how they can change the result of fMRI analysis results. The result of this study show that LED light stimulation was activate superior colliculus region in mouse brain. And the most higher activated value of segmentation method was using tissue probability map. this study may help to improve brain activation study using EPI and SPM analysis.

    The design methods of Infrared Camera with Continuous zoom

    In this paper, we propose an efficient design method for a thermal camera with continuous zoom based on the research and manufacturing experience of the thermal camera. In addition, it is divided into system design method, optical design method, mechanical design method, and electronic design method. First, we propose an effective NUC compensation method and a lens-specific sensitivity design method in terms of system. Second, we propose a zoom trajectory design method considering the temperature effect on the optical aspect. Third, it suggests the minimization of optical axis shaking between magnification conversion in terms of mechanism. Finally, we propose a lens-specific temperature compensation method and a speed conversion algorithm according to the zoom interval as an electronic aspect.

    The effective noise reduction method in infrared image using bilateral filter based on median value

    In this paper, we propose the bilateral filter based on median value that can reduce random noise and impulse noise with minimal loss of contour information. In general, EO / IR camera to generate a random or impulse noise due to a number of reasons. This noise reduces the performance of detecting and tracking by signal processing. To reduce noise, our proposed bilateral filter sorts the values of the target pixel and the peripheral pixels, and extracts a median filter coefficients of the Gaussian type. Then to extract the Gaussian filter coefficient involved with the distance between the center pixel and the surrounding pixels. As using those filter coefficients, our proposed method can remove the various noise effectively while minimizing the loss of the contour information. To validate our proposed method, we present experimental results for several IR images.

    Spatial Compare Filter Based Real-Time dead Pixel Correction Method for Infrared Camera

    In this paper, we propose a new real-time dead pixel detection method based on spatial compare filtering, which are usually used in the small target detection. Actually, the soft dead and the small target are cast in the same mold. Our proposed method detect and remove the dead pixels as applying the spatial compare filtering, into the pixel outputs of a detector after the non-uniformity correction. Therefore, we proposed method can effectively detect and replace the dead pixels regardless of the non-uniformity correction performance. In infrared camera, there are usually many dead detector pixels which produce abnormal output caused by manufactural process or operational environment. There are two kind of dead pixel. one is hard dead pixel which electronically generate abnormal outputs and other is soft dead pixel which changed and generated abnormal outputs by the planning process. Infrared camera have to perform non-uniformity correction because of structural and material properties of infrared detector. The hard dead pixels whose offset values obtained by non-uniformity correction are much larger or smaller than the average can be detected easily as dead pixels. However, some dead pixels(soft dead pixel) can remain, because of the difficulty of uncleared decision whether normal pixel or abnormal pixel.

    Design and Implementation of Virtual Aquarium

    This paper presents the design and implementation of virtual aquarium by generating 3D models of fishes that are colored by viewers in an aim to create interaction among viewers and aquarium. The virtual aquarium system is composed of multiple texture extraction modules, a single interface module and a single display module. The texture extraction module recognize the QR code on the canvas to get information of the predefined mapping table and then extract the texture data for the corresponding 3D model. The scanned image is segmented and warp transformed onto the texture image by using the mapping information. The extracted texture is transferred to the interface module to save on the server computer and the interface module sends the fish code and texture information to the display module. The display module generates a fish on the virtual aquarium by using predefined 3D model with the transmitted texture. The fishes on the virtual aquarium have three different swimming methods: self-swimming, autonomous swimming, and leader-following swimming. The three different swimming methods are discussed in this paper. The future study will be the implementation of virtual aquarium based on storytelling to further increase interactions with the viewer.

    The Development of Brain Health Care Game Applications to prevent Digital Dementia

    Recently, with various developments made to smart-phones and other digital devices in the IoT environment, modern people tend to pursue comfort in their own lifestyles. These environment has helped us to obtain any information or data in despite of location and time. But it has caused them to be overly reliant on digital devices in doing any kind of daily work, trusting the digital devices more than oneself. As a result of this over reliance, modern people’s memorizing and calculating ability have deteriorated critically. This symptom is known as the Digital Dementia. In this paper, we study the phenomenon of digital dementia caused by smart-phones, and we suggest a method of developing “memorize the phone number” game applications in IoT environment to the problem of digital dementia. Test results show that, through the use of application, not only the users were able to have fun memorizing the numbers, but also, to show improvement in their memorizing ability. Thus, we expect that the application suggested above will help in preventing digital dementia and maintain brain health.

    An Efficient Application of eBSS DRM Method to eBook Contents based on ePub 3.0 for Smart Device

    DRM(Digital Rights Management) is essential for the copy right protection of eBooks based on ePub 3.0 by IDPF. In this paper, we developed eBSS(eBook Service System) as ePub 3.0 builder and viewer system with DRM and proposed an efficient DRM method which improves the performance of contents generation, security and distribution system. The efficient application of DRM method to the eBook contents based on ePub 3.0 for smart phone is practically useful for eBook service system. It is very useful for the suggested eBSS with DRM method and strategy to apply easily and practically to the encryption and decryption of the eBook contents. Also, it is very efficient to generate the ePub 3.0 contents and to apply DRM method to it especially, by using practically this suggested ePub 3.0 builder system from the view point of the eBook content generation and its viewer such as eBook reader for user and eBook providers.

    Resource Allocation to Support QoE of Handovers in Overlaid Macro-Femto Networks

    This paper proposes a novel resource allocation scheme which enables to guarantee the quality of experience (QoE) for handovers from femtocell to macrocell and vice versa, and between femtocells in the overlaid macro-femto networks. The proposed scheme guarantees QoE to a certain extent during handover by utilizing a fixed amount of radio resource reserved in advance for the dedicated use to support QoE. We take both the type of the handover and the temporal sensitiveness characteristics of user services into consideration in order to support QoE. Performance of our scheme is analyzed by simulation with respect to the outage probability and total throughput.

    The Design and Implementation of Mouse Activity Measurement System using Infrared Sensor

    In this paper, we design and implement a mouse movement measurement system using an infrared sensor called MAMS (Mouse Activity Measurement System). Unlike existing systems, MAMS can measure movements between IREDs. MAMS is removable allowing convenient portability and is also low cost. MAMS automatically measures mouse activity during a pre-set time interval. Since the measured data can be easily stored in a computer system, it is much simpler and more efficient than the Ugo 47420 model. Moreover, MAMS can be used in medical and veterinary field to eliminate manual observations.

    In this paper, we propose the CRM service model for analyzing and managing location based data collected by Wi-Fi and BLE. As mobile devices became personalized, enterprises became interested in individual location, and location based mobile marketing started to stand on spotlight. Location based proximity marketing is developing along with contactless data transmission technology, and payment system that uses NFC, Beacon that utilizes BLE, as well as advertisement via Wi-Fi are being serviced. We suggest the model that mobile devices can be detected and identified by MAC address with the need of being connected to Wi-FI or Bluetooth interface. MAC addresses are not associated with any specific user account or mobile phone number. The idea is to be able to measure the amount of people which are present in a certain point at a specific time, allowing the study of the evolution of data analysis and offers effective information for decision-makings.

    A Method of Service Refinement for Network-Centric Operational Environment

    Network-Centric Operational Environment(NCOE) service becomes critical in today's military environment network because reusability of service and interaction are being increasingly important as well in business process. However, the refinement of service by semantic similarity and functional similarity at the business process was not detailed yet. In order to enhance accuracy of refining of business service, in this study, the authors introduce a method for refining service by semantic similarity and functional similarity in BPMN model. The business process are designed in a BPMN model. In this model, candidated services are refined through binding related activities by the analysis result of semantic similarity based on word-net and functional similarity based on properties specification between activities. Then, the services are identified through refining the candidated service. The proposed method is expected to enhance the service identification with accuracy and modularity. It also can accelerate more standardized service refinement developments by the proposed method.

    Web system helps high-performance processing for big-data analysis and practical use to make various information using IT resources. The government have started the RPS system in 2012. The system invigorates the electricity production as using renewable energy equipment. The government operates system gathered big-data with various related information system data and the system users are distributed geographically. The companies have to fulfill the system, are available to purchase the REC to other electricity generation company sellers to procure REC for their duty volumes. The REC market operates single auction methods with users a competitive price. But the price have the large variation with various user trading strategy and sellers situations. This papler proposed RPS system modeling and simulation in web environment that is modeled in geographically distributed computing environment for web user with DEVS W/S. Web simulation system base on web service helps to analysis correlation and variables that act on trading price and volume within RPS big-data and the analysis can be forecast REC price.

    Design Automation for Enterprise System based on .NET with Extended UML Profile Mechanism

    In this paper, a method to generate the extended model automatically on the critical elements in enterprise system based real time distributed architecture as well as the platform specific model(PSM) for Microsoft(MS) .NET platform is proposed. The key ideas of this method are real time distributed architecture should performed with satisfying strict constraints on life cycle of object and response time such as synchronization, transaction and so on, and .NET platform is able to implement functionalities including before mentioned by only specifying Attribute Code and maximizing advantages of MDA. In order to realize the ideas, functionalities which should be considered enterprise system development are specified and these are to be defined in Meta Model and extended UML profile. In addition, after definition of UML profile for .NET specification, by developing and applying these into plug-in of open source MDA tool, and extended models are generated automatically through this tool. Accordingly, by using proposed specification technology, the profile and tools easily and quickly reusable extended model can be generated even though low level of detailed information for functionalities which is considered in .NET platform and real time distributed architecture. In addition, because proposed profile is MOF which is basis of standard extended and applied, UML and MDA tools which observed MOF is reusable.

    Quality Inspection of Dented Capsule using Curve Fitting-based Image Segmentation

    Automatic quality inspection by computer vision can be applied and give a solution to the pharmaceutical industry field. Pharmaceutical capsule can be easily affected by flaws like dents, cracks, holes, etc. In order to solve the quality inspection problem, it is required computationally efficient image processing technique like thresholding, boundary edge detection and segmentation and some automated systems are available but they are very expensive to use. In this paper, we have developed a dented capsule image processing technique using edge-based image segmentation, TLS(Total Least Squares) curve fitting technique and adopted low cost camera module for capsule image capturing. We have tested and evaluated the accuracy, training and testing time of the classification recognition algorithms like PCA(Principal Component Analysis), ICA(Independent Component Analysis) and SVM(Support Vector Machine) to show the performance. With the result, PCA, ICA has low accuracy, but SVM has good accuracy to use for classifying the dented capsule.

    A Study of Peak Finding Algorithms for the Autocorrelation Function of Speech Signal

    In this paper, the peak finding algorithms corresponding to the Autocorrelation Function (ACF), which are widely exploited for detecting the pitch of voiced signal, are proposed. According to various researchers, it is well known fact that the estimation of fundamental frequency (F0) in speech signal is not only very important task but quite difficult mission. The proposed algorithms, presented in this paper, are implemented by using many characteristics – such as monotonic increasing function - of ACF function. Thus, the proposed algorithms may be able to estimate both reliable and correct the fundamental frequency as long as the autocorrelation function of speech signal is accurate. Since the proposed algorithms may reduce the computational complexity it can be applied to the real-time processing. The speech data, is composed of Korean emotion expressed words, is used for evaluation of their performance. The pitches are measured to compare the performance of proposed algorithms.

    Effects of Adipokine Retnla on the Regulation of High-Density Lipoprotein Metabolism

    In this paper, we propose to evaluate the effect of Resistin-like molecule alpha (Retnla) on the expression of transporters involved in modulating concentrations of peripheral cholesterol and plasma high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol. High levels of blood cholesterol are a well-recognized risk factor for atherosclerosis and are eliminated via the process of reverse cholesterol transport (RCT). We recently showed that Retnla ameliorates hypercholesterolemia and atherosclerosis by increasing biliary cholesterol secretion, the final step of the process, in low-density lipoprotein receptor-deficient mice. However, the role of Retnla in HDL-mediated cholesterol efflux, initial step of RCT pathway, is not yet clear. To identify cholesterol transport genes regulated by Retnla, we performed an extensive microarray-based gene expression screen using livers from Retnla-overexpressing (Tg) mice and control animals. The most significant change in Retnla-Tg mice was an upregulation of ATP-binding cassette sub-family G member 4 (Abcg4) transport and was validated using quantitative RT-PCR. The validated gene was also induced by treatment of purified Retnla protein in RAW 264.7 cells incubated with acetylated low-density lipoprotein and Hepa1c1c7 cells. Taken together, these results indicates that Retnla might also accelerate initial step of RCT pathway, suggesting therapeutic value of Retnla in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia and atherosclerosis.

    Essential Basic Nursing Skills and Clinical Practice Satisfaction of Nursing S

    In this paper, we propose basic materials for effective education of essential basic nursing skills and empirical base supporting the strengthening of essential basic nursing skills. An investigation was conducted with nursing college students ready for an employment on the relationship between the students’ knowledge level of essential basic nursing skills and their satisfaction level against the clinical practice. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheffē test and Pearson's correlation coefficients. in SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The findings of this study were as follows. 1) The knowledge level of essential basic nursing skills received a score of 88.95. 'Admission management' item received the highest score of 4.96 point on a 5 point scale while 'Retention urinary catheterization' item received the lowest score of 3.06. The higher the difficulty level of essential basic nursing skills was, the lower the knowledge level of it was. 2) The satisfaction against the clinical practice received a score of 3.28. In the clinical practice area, the satisfaction against the curriculum received a score of 3.84, the satisfaction against clinical practice contents a score of 3.39, the satisfaction against clinical practice environment a score of 3.17, the satisfaction against clinical practice time a score of 3.15. There was a significant correlation between the knowledge level of essential basic nursing skills and clinical practice satisfaction.     The effects of psychological factors on elderly of depression scale and Electroephalography

    Purpose : This study purposed on the understanding of psychology in the elderly women using depression scale and electroephalography. The subjects were thirty elderly women in geriatric care hospital. All participants were elderly women over 65 years old. The subjects signed up with informed consent and they were divided into a normal elderly group, an exercise elderly group and a hospital elderly group. They were randomly assigned with 10 persons. Methods : The study instruments were Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS) and Poly-G-I. Brain wave activity was measured by 'power spectrum analysis' of TeleScan program. Statistic analysis consisted of average, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA and post-hoc Tukey using SPSS 21.0 version. The significance was set at .05. Results : Depression scale results showed that the exercise elderly group were 10.60±5.36 points which was the lowest among the three groups. The Normal elderly group was 16.20±5.59, and the hospitalized elderly group was 16.70±6.76 points. There was no significant difference between the normal elderly group, exercise elderly group and hospitalized elderly group. The hospitalized group showed statistical difference in relative theta power in the area of Fp1, F3, F4, T3, P3 as compared to the normal elderly group and the exercise elderly groups. There was no significant difference between relative beta power and relative gamma power in three groups. Conclusion : Geriatric depressed scale showed no significant difference in each group. This is indicated in the mental problems associated with depression. This indicates a higher level of depression in the hospitalized elderly women, more than in the normal elderly women and exercise elderly women groups.

    An Analysis of the Importance of the Success Factors in Implementation Stage of ERP Syste

    This study analyzes the relative importance of the introducing factors for the critical success factors in the implementation stage of the lifecycle of ERP system using Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). In the 1st layer of the hierarchy, technical factor is evaluated as the most important factor among organizational, technical, and supplier factors. In the 2nd layer, choosing a proper ERP package is evaluated as the most important factor within 15 factors followed by process-oriented approach, technical suitability, minimized customization, integration and association of system with trading parter, association with legacy systems, and support and involvement of top management. As a result of this analysis enterprise should choose an ERP package that is suitable to its business environment, and make the best use of(take full advantage of) best practice that ERP package provides to optimize the existing business procedure or process(to approach the existing business procedure or process). This study also shows the range of customization of the features provided by the ERP package should be minimized.

    In this paper many discussions are raised regarding the outside director system in order to establish the position of the outside director within institutional organizations and to review ways to activate the outside director system in for-Profit Hospital. it seems to be more desirable in Korea for each company to establish an efficient system by itself in accordance with suggested guidelines suitable for each for-Profit Hospital management circumstances rather than to apply a unilateral outside director system to for-Profit Hospital through legalization. In this regard, while keeping the current outside director system for the time being, it is necessary to review and improve the management status of companies and the usefulness of the system, and various recommendations from lawyer associations, Hospital business associations, and academia should be allowed rather than just for-Profit Hospital recommendation by the government.

    In this paper, we propose that it is necessary to expand the programs in the future, Iand it should be possible to activate and to participate the programs continuously, because the higher the participation in leisure program is, the higher life satisfaction.. The Korean Senior Citizens Association has a branch in each province and is used as a place where voluntarily provide friendship activities, hobbies for elderly people aged 65 and information exchange with other leisure activities. However, it was considered to be only a cursory space a few years ago, unlike the activation of leisure programs for the elderly welfare center. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of satisfaction of leisure program by type on life satisfaction of users who have experience in elderly university. The subjective health status and the residential type of participating elderly people differ in their life satisfaction. Therefore, it is important for the elderly to have regular health checkups and to maintain a stable residential style. And also, the experiment results show that life satisfaction was higher when leisure program use satisfaction was higher - especially, satisfaction with health program and health care program was higher.

    The Effectiveness of the Sanctions for Corporate Crime: Audit Review Evidence

    In this paper, I propose monetary penalties imposed on firms sanctioned by the Financial Supervisory Service for fraudulent financial reporting in accounting and auditing enforcement release(FSS-sanctioned fraud firms) should be disclosed to the notes of financial statement of the firms. Disclosing to the notes of financial statement for FSS-sanctioned fraud firms is an effective way to inform all the related parties of the information which affects the value of the corporation. Even though monetary penalties can affect the value of the firms, however, this study suggests that monetary penalties imposed on the fraud firms have a question on the effectiveness of the sanctions. In addition, this study finds that the magnitude of the market reactions between the fraud firms imposed by monetary penalties and the fraud firms imposed by non-monetary penalties has no difference. Based on these results, the information of FSS-sanctioned fraud firms should be disclosed to the notes of financial statements to have the market react effectively.

    This study is a study on the recognition and policy direction of welfare service for the disabled. For this, it aims to draw implications about the policy direction of welfare service for the disabled using basic investigation of welfare for the disabled among 2nd, 3rd community social welfare plans of Jeollanam-do. As study results, it was analysed that the demand of welfare service for the disabled is increasing from providing the past livelihood such as establishing the foundation for basic livelihood to customized welfare service such as supplying jobs for enhancing the quality of life of the disabled. That is judged to be caused by needs for human’s basic rights according to economic development and improvement in income level, and it will be appropriate to set up the software-focused policy for the disabled individuals rather than to set up the hardware-focused policy like the past. Despite the implications like these, however, this study has limitation that its subject is restricted to D-gun, so henceforth it needs to draw more general conclusions through comprehensive research about more extensive regions.

Third, proposal a standard disabilities continuing education course selection. Fourth, the proposal for further study research methods and disciplines of continuing education disabilities.

    China is defending the terrorist crime through the Anti-Terror Law and anti-terrorism criminal legislation. China's Anti-Terror Law and the Criminal Code Amendment (9), which were promulgated in 2015, provide legal grounds for preventing and hurting ever-growing terrorist crimes. In particular, China's amendment to the Criminal Code (9) is designed to rigorously enforce the legal framework for terrorist crimes, protect prejudicial rights that might be violated by serious terrorist crimes, and protect the penalties for terrorist crimes. However, China's anti-terrorism legislation still has drawbacks such as lack of systematicity, limited regulatory boundaries, and lack of rigorous penalties for the establishment of anti-terrorism legislation. To counter this, China's anti-terrorism legislation must strictly regulate the legal system of terrorist crimes, secure penalties, and prescribe anti-terrorism laws as professional chapters.

    An Efficient Repository Model for Online Software Education

    In this paper, we propose an efficient repository model for online software education. The software education of app development consists of 7 stages: coding & debugging, submit, collaboration, review, validate, deployment, certification. Proposed repository model supports all 7 stages efficiently. In the coding & debugging stage, the students repeat coding and debugging of source. In the submit stage, the output of previous process such as source codes, project, and videos, are uploaded to repository server. In the collaboration stage, other students or experts can optimize or upgrade version of source code, project, and videos stored in the repository. In the review stage, mentors can review and send feedbacks to students. In the validate stage, the specialists validate the source code, project, and the videos. In the deployment stage, the verified source code, project, and videos are deployed. In the certification stage, the source code, project, and the videos are evaluated to issue the certificate.

    Development of Think-aloud Program for Acquiring Abstraction Concept

    In this paper, we propose a think-aloud program for acquiring abstraction concept. Think-aloud is a technique, which is good for teaching higher-order thinking skills to learner. We intend to propose a program for teaching abstraction concept to learners directly, as software education is being reinforced in the current education policy. For the study, we develop a program depending on ADDIE model. According to these steps, we analyzed related works such as computational thinking, think-aloud technique, and direct instructional model. After that, we split and structuralized the learning tasks for achieving a goal. And then, we constructed steps for the instruction and detailed contents of the program. We did a survey for verification to nine experts and we corrected the program according to it.
