    K-mer Based RNA-seq Read Distribution Method For Accelerating De Novo Transcriptome Assembly

    In this paper, we propose a gene family based RNA-seq read distribution method in means to accelerate the overal transcriptome assembly computation time. To measure the performance of our transcriptome sequence data distribution method, we evaluated the performance by testing four types of data sets of the Arabidopsis thaliana genome (Whole Unclassified Reads, Family-Classified Reads, Model-Classified Reads, and Randomly Classified Reads). As a result of de novo transcript assembly in distributed nodes using model classification data, the generated gene contigs matched 95% compared to the contig generated by WUR, and the execution time was reduced by 4.2 times compared to a single node environment using the same resources.

    Automatic Construction of SHACL Schemas for RDF Knowledge Graphs Generated by R2RML Mappings

    With the proliferation of RDF knowledge graphs(KGs), there arose a need of a standardized schema representation of the graph model for effective data interchangeability and interoperability. The need resulted in the development of SHACL specification to describe and validate RDF graph's structure by W3C. Relational databases(RDBs) are one of major sources for acquiring structured knowledge. The standard for automatic generation of RDF KGs from RDBs is R2RML, which is also developed by W3C. Since R2RML is designed to generate only RDF data graphs from RDBs, additional manual tasks are required to create the schemas for the graphs. In this paper we propose an approach to automatically generate SHACL schemas for RDF KGs populated by R2RML mappings. The key of our approach is that the SHACL shemas are built only from R2RML documents. We describe an implementation of our appraoch. Then, we show the validity of our approach with R2RML test cases designed by W3C.

    A study on the analysis of virtual reality platform API for virtual reality (VR) development

    As the 4th industrial revolution emerged, the latest technologies such as IoT, AI, Big data, AR/VR/XR are emerging. However, in the field of virtual reality (VR) technology platform services, there is no standardization and systematic support. In addition, various platform technologies related to virtual reality have been presented, making it difficult to select an API that should be selected for development. In this study, we analyzed the method for virtual reality development and the virtual reality (VR) technology that is being serviced by users. In addition, by presenting the advantages and disadvantages of each development platform, we intend to present a reference point for developers to select an efficient platform. In addition, it will help the developer to select an effective equipment and software platform in comparison with the advantages and disadvantages of various HMD devices used in virtual reality. The virtual reality (VR) development environment test used products from Oculus, and the software development environment was tested with two types: WebBased VR and HMD embedded.

    Research on System Architecture and Methodology based on MITRE ATT&CK for Experiment Analysis on Cyber Warfare Simulation

    In this paper, we propose a system architecture and methodology based on cyber kill chain and MITRE ATT&CK for experiment analysis on cyber warfare simulation. Threat analysis is possible by applying various attacks that have actually occurred with continuous updates to reflect newly emerging attacks. In terms of cyber attack and defense, the current system(AS-IS) and the new system(TO-BE) are analyzed for effectiveness and quantitative results are presented. It can be used to establish proactive cyber COA(Course of Action) strategy, and also for strategic decision making. Through a case study, we presented the usability of the system architecture and methodology proposed in this paper. The proposed method will contribute to strengthening cyber warfare capabilities by increasing the level of technology for cyber warfare experiments.

    A Fuzzy Rule-based System for Automatically Generating Customized Training Scenarios in Cyber Security

    Despite the increasing interest in cyber security in recent years, the emergence of new technologies has led to a shortage of professional personnel to efficiently perform the cyber security. Although various methods such as cyber rage are being used to cultivate cyber security experts, there are problems of limitation of virtual training system, scenario-based practice content development and operation, unit content-oriented development, and lack of consideration of learner level. In this paper, we develop a fuzzy rule-based user-customized training scenario automatic generation system for improving user's ability to respond to infringement. The proposed system creates and provides scenarios based on advanced persistent threats according to fuzzy rules. Thus, the proposed system can improve the trainee's ability to respond to the bed through the generated scenario.

    Building Living Lab for Acquiring Behavioral Data for Early Screening of Developmental Disorders

    Developmental disorders are impairments of brain and/or central nervous system and refer to a disorder of brain function that affects languages, communication skills, perception, sociality and so on. In diagnosis of developmental disorders, behavioral response such as expressing emotions in proper situation is one of observable indicators that tells whether or not individual has the disorders. However, diagnosis by observation can allow subjective evaluation that leads erroneous conclusion. This research presents the technological environment and data acquisition system for AI based screening of autism disorder. The environment was built considering activities for two screening protocols, namely Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) and Behavior Development Screening for Toddler (BeDevel). The activities between therapist and baby during the screening are fully recorded. The proposed software in this research was designed to support recording, monitoring and data tagging for learning AI algorithms.

    A Disembarking Notification System in Public City Buses using Smart Device and High Frequency

    Recently, people have come to enjoy using movies and music applications, such as YouTube, Netflix, and Watcha Play, on their smart devices while riding public transportation. However, they sometimes miss their destination stations because of these activities. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a disembarking notification system for public city buses using smart devices and high frequencies generated via the buses’ speakers. The high frequencies are generated by the public buses’ station information broadcasters. Smart devices then analyze the high-frequency signals with their inner microphones, and the proposed application displays a disembarking notification to the user when the user’s destination or stop-over station’s signal is the same. To evaluate this system’s performance, we tested 1,000 real-time disembarking notifications, and the test results showed 98.9% accuracy. Moreover, we compared these results to those using only OpenAPI, and our proposed system featured far better outcomes. Thus, this proposed notification system can prove a useful technology for many people who often use public city buses, as it can notify specific users of their destination stations. Furthermore, this system will become innovative technology for global public transportation by informing users of their desired stations using speakers.

    Developing a Big Data Analysis Platform for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

    Big data analysis is widely used in applications such as finance and communication, whose market size is growing rapidly every year. Nevertheless, it is rarely used by SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) since the existing services are not fully customized for them while being offered at high price. To resolve this, we develop and propose a new platform to provide big data analysis services specialized for SMEs in this paper. First, we compare existing work discussing social big data analysis, and extract service features necessary to help their marketing effectively. Then, we present a prototype system implementing the extracted features, and discuss technical issues needed to develop a complete system which are obtained from the prototype implementation.

    Since the start of the 4th industrial revolution, technologies have been developed in the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and 5G. Compared to other technologies IoT is currently being commercialized more than other technologies where the numbers of connected things are increases every year. The IoT has a huge advantage to provide convenience and lots of information to users, but security cannot keep up with the speed of development. IoT services continue to provide services for related devices, but at present, more and more types of new services are being combined with other technologies by utilizing the services of devices. This paper reviews and analyzes research on security issues and services related to the Internet of Things to explore how security trends and service delivery will develop in the future.

    Design of Monitoring System based on IoT sensor for Health Management of an Elderly Alone

    In this paper, proposes a health status monitoring system for socially marginalized elderly households living alone. This system is implemented by collecting various PHR biometric signals and residential environment information through IoT devices. In addition, the company aims to establish a basic infrastructure that can understand the situation of lonely deaths and implement prevention programs by strengthening the predictive ability through data analysis of the DB server based on PHR and information collected from IoT sensors. The sensor consists of an environmental information collection sensor and a noncontact and wearable sensor for biometric signal collection. A gateway is required to transmit the collected data to the server, and the prototype is presented in this paper. The paper has a discussion purpose of policy task for expanding medical welfare service. The results of this study are believed to help expand services to the socially marginalized and improve the medical environment of the people.

    Clothing Preference Analysis of Elderly Women for ZIGTECHnology Clothing Development

    This study applied the Q methodology to analyze the subjective evaluation and recognition patterns of elderly women’s clothing preferences. For the type 1, knitted materials and natural materials were preferred, and pastel colors were preferred. The type 2 preferred pants that cover the body shape, look young, and have good simple activity. The type 3 was a type in which the waist was treated with a rubber band, the clothes were comfortable to wear and the loose style was preferred. The type 4 was simple and prefers a style with a raised neck and no fasteners, and a clothes that was comfortable to wear. Type 5 was a type that prefers a style that looks important and colorful and youthful in design or color. In order to develop ZIGTECHnology apparel for older women, it is necessary to develop a design that can look aesthetically beautiful while covering the body shapes such as bending of the back and bending of the waist by reflecting the preferences of the older women. It is considered that it is necessary to develop clothing that takes into consideration movement functionality without obstacles to movements in consideration of changes in behavior and movement of hands.

    What sports have in common is that they must use their bodies to play and lead to victory. The use of the body differs in many ways depending on the event, which part should be used as the focus. The commonality of all sports is that sports can achieve the best results by using and using parts of the body in harmony. The use of strength or muscles varies depending on the type of sport or the type of sport, so the use of the body or the results of athletic events also varies. Sports are premised on the organic use of the body, but the implications of sports can be found in that the degree of organic use does not apply equally to all sports. Sports demand organic balance and flexibility. Depending on the type of sport, you can explore which organic harmony produces more effective effects and find out which events are more beneficial to the human body. This study aimed to find out whether the organic harmony of the body actively contributes to the development of sports and a healthy mental culture. In this study, we proposed the hypothesis that the modern Pentathlon will induce the most desirable organic harmony as a global Olympic sport, and tried to verify that the hypothesis is valid and verifiable. In order to do this study, I tried to find out the organic viewpoints centered on the Miletos school, re-examine the meaning of the modern Pentathlon of games as an Olympic event, and conduct organic harmony and exploration of the modern Pentathlon of games in terms of sports

    Implementation of Educational Brain Motion Controller for Machine Learning Applications

    Recently, with the high interest of machine learning, the need for educational controllers to interface with physical devices has increased. However, existing controllers are limited in terms of high cost and area of utilization for educational purposes. In this paper, motion control controllers using brain waves are proposed for the purpose of students' machine learning applications. The brain motion that occurs when imagining a specific action is measured and sampled, then the sample values were learned through Tensor Flow and the motion was recognized in contents such as games. Movement variation for motion recognition consists of directionality and jump motion. The identification of the recognition behavior is sent to a game produced by an Unreal Engine to operate the character in the game. In addition to brain waves, the implemented controller can be used in various fields depending on the input signal and can be used for educational purposes such as machine learning applications.

    The effect of market attributes on Long-term Care(LTC) Service

    In this research, a survey was done on two hundred and forty-six elders who receive care through LTC to verify the effect of market attributes on the user satisfaction of the Long-therm Care Service. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 23.0 statistics program. This study reveals the following results: First, in service tangibility, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice all have a positive relation with user satisfaction. Second, in the aspect of credibility, house ownership, competitiveness, administrative regulation, and freedom in choice show a positive-relation with user satisfaction. Third, in responsiveness, the scale of the organization, monthly income, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Forth, in assurance ability, monthly income, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice also positively affected user satisfaction. Lastly, in the aspect of perceptual openness, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational culture, organizational process, and autonomy in choice show a positive relationship with user satisfaction.

    A Study On The Awareness And Practice Of Hand Washing According To The Clinical Practice Of Paramedic Students

    This study is to identify the awareness and performance of hand washing according to the presence of clinical practice experience of paramedic students and provide basic data of education on hand washing that can be practically applied. 335 students in paramedicine department in P city and J city were the study subjects and we distributed URL to those who agreed to participate in the study to carry out untact survey using questionnaire. The study results were analyzed by using SPSS/WIN 23.0. The results showed that the average number of hand washing per day was 5~8 times (142 students, 42.4%) and average time for washing hands was 24.34 seconds. We could find statistically significant differences in 'hand washing to wrist' and 'it is necessary to completely dry after hand washing' in terms of difference on awareness of hand washing according to the clinical experiences (p<0.05). In terms of differences in hand washing performance according to clinical practice experience, statistically significant difference was found in 'before touching equipment for clinical practice' and 'before taking foods such as drinks during practice' (p<0.05). The correlation between awareness and performance of hand washing showed that if awareness of hand washing is high, its performance is increased, too (p=0.001). We try to provide basic data of education on hand washing that can improve awareness and performance on hand washing based on the results of this study.

    Moderating Effect of Self-efficacy and Social Support in the Relationship between Physical Therapist's Job Stress and Psychological Burnout

    In this paper, we propose the moderating effects of self-efficacy and social support on the relationship between physical therapists' job stress and psychological burnout. Based on the previous studies, this study set up three types of variables: 1) independent variable, 2) moderating variable, 3) dependent variable. Job stress was identified as an independent variable, self-efficacy and social support was identified as a moderating variable and psychological burnout was identified as a dependent variable. To empirically conduct this study, a total of 200 questionnaires were distributed to physical therapists. Consequently, a total of 155 survey responses were collected. The survey results are as follows. First, the result showed a high-level of correlation among job stress, psychological burnout, self-efficacy, and social support. Second, self-efficacy was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between the physical therapists' job stress and psychological burnout. Third, social support was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between the art therapists' job stress and psychological burnout.

    Effects of Kinesio Taping on Craniovertebral Angle and Balance Ability in Subject with Forward Head Posture

    Forward head posture is one of the most recognized types of poor head and neck alignment. Poor head and neck alignment posture is a major contributor to compromised balance and neck pain, due to abnormal joint position sense and proprioception. Kinesio taping is an intervention method used clinically for the management of pain. Kinesio taping may produce its effects through pain reduction, stimulation of blood circulation, induction of muscle relaxation which provides correction of joint position, and providing stability to the muscles and joints without limiting the range of motion. Many studies have proved that kinesio taping has positive effects on the reduction of pain and improves alignment, on the other hand, some studies have not found. Kinesio taping may provide immediate pain relief and improved alignment following the application, but there is insufficient evidence to support sustained relief beyond that time and they recommended future studies to examine the benefits of kinesio taping as this would have a greater value in clinical practice. Therefore, this study is to investigate the effects of kinesio taping on the alignment of head posture and dynamic balance ability in people with forward head posture.

    Research on international examples on prevention of juvenile delinquency

    The first thing we can consider to prevent juvenile delinquency is to punish those criminals. However, this is not always the proper solution. In consideration to the feature of juvenile period when they lack in proper judgment it is better to provide education than punishment so that they are not branded as criminals in our society. Also, by returning to the society, they can obtain social techniques and obtain the opportunity of making contribution to the society, which is also good for their career development. Combining international examples on juvenile delinquency prevention, there is a need to comprehensively evaluate level of probation and risk exposure of juvenile based on placement matrix of comprehensive strategy program in the US. Also, control solution by juvenile crime development phase should be made. In terms of control treatment based on crime phase, crime history should be considered when applying control. For the subject of preventing juvenile crime, it shouldn’t be legal organizations like before but shall be home, school, local society, and legal organization together.

    Social networking services (SNS) are developing significantly with the Internet and smartphones. It’s a friendly social media, but if you think deeply about it, you’ll find that it has a variety of faces. It is a communication tool between users, a medium for delivering information, an infrastructure for providing applications, and a community where people with common interests gather. In recent years, business tools, shopping and payment methods are also being swallowed. The influence of the spread of SNS on the real world is also expanding, and the work being dealt with from a sociological perspective is also increasing. Also, if you pay attention to the technical aspects of SNS, it is composed of various technical elements, such as infrastructure that handles large-scale access, user interface that supports comfortable use, and big data analysis to understand people’s behavior more deeply. However, I usually use it as usual. However, if you look through SNS, you can see that the situation is surprisingly profound and multifaceted. This study began by looking at the history and current status of SNS and attempted to find its status through comparison with other media. From the point of view of relationship with society, it can be a risk and legal issue when using SNS, such as crimes using bad social media or social media. It is also necessary to comment on the activities on SNS or the guidelines established by the operators. Therefore, various legal issues on SNS will be discussed. Also, as an example of using SNS, I will introduce an example of using SNS in disaster response. From a more technical point of view, you will receive commentary on SNS’s network-based technology and SNS’s information use, and these articles will help you understand and use SNS safely and help you further utilize or develop SNS.

    The Effects of Peer Attachment, Abuse, and Self - Esteem on Adolescent's mobile phone Dependency

    The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of peer attachment and parental abuse on adolescents' dependence on mobile phones and the mediating effect of self-esteem. For this study, I used the panel data of the 7th year of the 1st grade of the elementary school for the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey provided by the Korea Youth Policy Institute. A total of 1,937 adolescents were selected to analyze causal relationship among variables, and SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 were used to verify research problem. As a result of the study, First, the better the relationship with peers, the higher the self-esteem and the less the dependence on their mobile phone. On the other hand, the more severe the abuse, the lower the self-esteem and the higher the dependence on mobile phones. Second, Self-esteem was found to have a significant effect on peer attachment and abuse on mobile phone dependence. Based on these results, I would like to provide them as basic data for helping positive development of adolescents.

    Impact of Word Embedding Methods on Performance of Sentiment Analysis with Machine Learning Techniques

    In this study, we propose a comparative study to confirm the impact of various word embedding techniques on the performance of sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis is one of opinion mining techniques to identify and extract subjective information from text using natural language processing and can be used to classify the sentiment of product reviews or comments. Since sentiment can be classified as either positive or negative, it can be considered one of the general classification problems. For sentiment analysis, the text must be converted into a language that can be recognized by a computer. Therefore, text such as a word or document is transformed into a vector in natural language processing called word embedding. Various techniques, such as Bag of Words, TF-IDF, and Word2Vec are used as word embedding techniques. Until now, there have not been many studies on word embedding techniques suitable for emotional analysis. In this study, among various word embedding techniques, Bag of Words, TF-IDF, and Word2Vec are used to compare and analyze the performance of movie review sentiment analysis. The research data set for this study is the IMDB data set, which is widely used in text mining. As a result, it was found that the performance of TF-IDF and Bag of Words was superior to that of Word2Vec and TF-IDF performed better than Bag of Words, but the difference was not very significant.

    A Study on the Influence of Cognitive on Repurchase Intension of New E-Commerce System: Focused on the Mediation Effect of Consumer Satisfaction and Quasi Social Relations

    In this paper, we propose a study on the purchasing intent of the new e-commerce consumer, the coronavirus may once again drive the structural change of China's economy, and the new online marketing model will be noticed during the epidemic. Through 438 questionnaires collected on the Internet, frequency analysis, element analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation analysis were performed using SPSS V22.0 and AMOS V22.0 methods. Study the validation of hypotheses in the model to reveal the reasons why consumers in the new e-business are exposed. The results show that e-commerce features of Internet celebrities and individual characteristics of Internet celebrities can only enhance consumers' satisfaction. Quasi social relationships only increase consumer satisfaction without generating the will to purchase directly. Consumer satisfaction is the core foundation that dominates long-term consumption. E-commerce should focus on the ability of online celebrities to sell their expertise and the adaptability of value and product characteristics when conducting online celebrity marketing
