The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of lifelong educationinstitution employees’ organizational culture perception on organizationaleffectiveness, and to derive implications for enhancing the organizationaleffectiveness of lifelong education institution. To this end, a survey was conductedfor workers in lifelong education institution employee across the country, and atotal of 171 questionnaires were used for analysis. Looking at the main analysisresults, lifelong education institution employee perceived the hierarchical culture inthe organization the highest, and peer relationship satisfaction was the highest inthe organizational effectiveness. perception of organizational culture andeffectiveness differed according to individual and employment characteristics, andclan culture and market culture were found to have a positive effect onorganizational effectiveness. Based on the results of this analysis, it was derivedas suggestions that should respond flexibly to changes in the environmentchanges, ensure employment stability, empowerment for job performance, andexpand the deployment of lifelong education institution.
