This paper constructs the user interface environment for the physically disabled people to use the peripheral equipment easily. It suggests the construction of Pupil Mouse interface environment which controls the cursor by using pupil. The Pupil Mouse also makes the completely paralyzed people available to use the peripheral equipment with a computer. To construct the Pupil Mouse system, a Web Camera with infrared rays sensed the pupil, it presented the environment that the pupil's movement is calibrated by using the mouse. After connecting a Travelling Robot and a computer with WIFI wireless internet, the key value was assigned for Travelling Control. According to the each key value, robot control program was made , and both value and pupil's movement were corresponded as an xml form. As a result, the control environment of travelling robot was created that moves back and forth, and turn left and right by the pupil's movement.
The artificial insemination(AI) centers in the country’s hog-raising industry play a key role in the development and dissemination of artificial insemination technology. But the artificial insemination information management systems in AI centers are operated and managed based on independent systems, so there are many limitations in performing integrated information management analysis on nationwide AI centers and performing cause analysis and traceability of infectious diseases. In this thesis, an improved AI PigMoS that can be operated in the fixed mobile convergence(FMC) environment was designed and embodied. The embodied FMC-based AI PigMoS can be operated in the web and mobile environment simultaneously and is expected to contribute to establishing the artificial insemination information management system of nationwide AI centers and enhancing competitiveness of individual AI centers.
In this paper, we provide the mobile interface layout which is requested by user mobile through network. This system has not a single server but each server is configured as a cloud server based on Hadoop which processes data with a distributed processing to provide mobile interface layout. Based on method of HDFS storage that stores each data with a distributed processing in DataNode through NameNode Server. DataNode backs up data whenever there is a change. When something is wrong, there is no problem to provide data to user. If user requests interface layouts through smart mobile, searched XML contents is sent to user through the network. The interface layout can apply easily in various environments because it does not need any special environment setting.
Due to the development of U-healthcare, healthcare has been changing from the treatment-oriented care to the prevention and post management. Because of such changes, it is necessary to do research on personal medical information service system through which the patient can check his or her treatment information and get medical information anywhere anytime. This paper suggests a system model provided by mobile device by partly integrating personal information, diagnostic information, prescription information and hospital information of the patient stored in the hospital information systems of cooperative medical institutions. To describe the application form of the suggested system, this paper designs integrated databases server and mobile user interface. The suggested system has the characteristics of being able to provide the following information simultaneously: possibility to refer and correct personal information, elastic operation of the period when the patient can refer to one’s treatment information, information about the drugs prescribed to the patient, information about medical institutions.
There has been many researches about an unmanned airship to be utilized in the specialized area such as military affairs and aerial photography. Various other researches based on UAV(Unmanned Air Vehicle) with Smart Devices have been developed and have recently received attention. Therefore, in this paper we suggests an effective control system for a small-sized UAV flight control, using the smart device. The suggested flight control system is equipped with 4 rotors, 2 rotors for the up and down control and 2 rotors for the forward and backward motion with rotation. The user interface for flight control is designed to be easily managed by using smart device running the Android Platform.
In this paper, we search for multimedia files in a distributed computing environment is about to do to proceed quickly. Bool keyword search system with a general search, but mostly used in this paper utilizing LBP content-based retrieval techniques have been studied. In this study, the search engine system, in addition to the multimedia retrieval system, smart phones and CCTV, RFID, sensor networks can be utilized in such environments. Images, sounds, videos, etc., including being used as a multimedia data retrieval system users access to the content you want to aim to have seamlessly.
Over the past few years, the industry has come out a CPU with multiple cores, and innovative happens, resulting in the production of electronic equipment performance more than we thought was high performance. and, Recently electronic devices capable of operation are mostly in a heterogeneous environment that consists of control processes and multiple processors for the operation. In order to use more efficiently a heterogeneous environment and to improve the processing capability, Program is needed to meet thereto parallel processing. Thus, in this paper, defined and implemented parallel processing prototype which is improved processing efficiency by converting existing sequential sorting program into parallel processing program. The OpenCL framework, industry standard of parallel processing program, was used for implementation. Moreover, a result of comparing the sequential method and proposed method proved that processing efficiency was improved 30% to 50%.
The adverts of various image-acquiring devices have tremendously increased the amount of image. Thus, there is an expansion in the necessity of image-based applications in various areas. The irregularity of images, however, becomes a big obstacle in constructing these applications. The extraction of robust salient points from image plays an important role in solving this problem. For achieving it, many salient point extraction algorithms, such as Harris corner, SIFT and SURF etc., have been introduced. Most of them, however, are focused on extracting corner points or edges of object. In this research, we introduce a technique of extracting directional salient points based on wavelet transformation. The proposed method can extract robust salient points related to the character of the image. This makes it possible to construct various applications which are related to the image.
Interactive audio service allows users to create and enjoy their audio sound according to their preferences using delivered audio objects such as vocal, bass, piano, guitar, drum, and so on. The interactive audio service has very high bit-rate because various audio objects are separately coded. Therefore, it is difficult to provide the interactive audio service through the wired/wireless communication and network environment. To solve the bit-rate problem of the interactive audio service, multiple audio object coding (MAOC) scheme can be applied. The basic idea of the MAOC is that the audio objects are represented as a down-mix signal with spatial parameters. However, because the MAOC still has a problem that the precise control of a particular audio object is impossible, the sound quality degradation is very severe in a Karaoke service. In this paper, we proposed the enhanced MAOC that focus on the precise control of the target object such as vocal. The enhanced MAOC uses a residual signal that indicates the gap between the parametric description of the audio signals and the transparent sound quality. From the experimental result, the proposed enhanced MAOC shows better performance than the MAOC in the aspect of the precise control of the target audio object.
Among vehicle inter-communication systems GBSR(Greedy Border Superiority Routing) protocol has outstanding performances by forwarding packets to a node in the boundary portion of the wireless coverage can reduce the number of relay nodes since GPSR(Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing) protocol is location-based routing protocol. Existing GBSR protocols, do not consider transmission time and velocity but take into account network rupture, raise a delay in rapid message transmission about traffic accidents, transportation of emergency patients, crime on the road. In this paper, we provide a GBSR protocol that defines how to select next node after roads are divided into straight road and intersection, transmits a packet to fast velocity nodes.
Wireless ad-hoc network is exposed easily to security vulnerabilities due to limited resources and open network structure. Routing and data transfer is performed through the flooding because of especially the mobility of nodes. The damage is huge as flooding attacks using these characteristics affect the whole network. In this paper, we propose hybrid defense mechanism that can detect RREQ flooding and data flooding attack in whole network and isolate. The amount of whole traffic of network is investigated in order to improve active detection and accuracy against attack nodes. The area-based shape which divides whole network to constant area to improve detection performance of suspicious nodes is used. The proposed method does comparative experiments with PFM, TBSS method in order to evaluate its performance and the superior performance of the proposed method is confirmed by the experiments.

Thus, the delivery of on-demand content, will result in a increase in the Waiting time and load on the content server, with the increase of the user, the system become more complex. This essay will discuss how utilizing cloud network virtualization technology within existing IPTV network can reduce waiting time by virtualizing server and storage to share network resources and services. When transferring from IPTV network’s Contents server to user’s STB, through Greedy algorithm, use low load node to maintain minimum node using best possible road. This lead to entire Contents network load equalization.
The core technology of Dynamic Service Platform is based on delivering shared services as service units according to the purpose of system operation, and dividing services into service objects on middleware within an environment of convergence service communication network. This study utilized a dynamic service platform for an electric power service dedicated to embedded devices including middleware technology. And then, it is suggested that system independent communication services should be designed for utilizing improved protocols. Besides, based on this design, there was a study for the required elements for convergence services units on electric power service and for developing the micro-grid infrastructure. Also, dynamic service platform model was implemented on the middleware to be able to remotely distribute and deliver as designed as "Bundle" to be applied to various application services. Throughout this research, dynamic service platform with middleware can be utilized for the electric power service providers, convergence network service providers, and manufacturers with operators and end-users, that is, anyones who want to design high leveled smart-grid computing services.

This paper analyze the development and problems of the software industry in China. The software industry has grown rapidly in 2000-2012, the operating income has grown nearly 42 times, and forecasted that the market scale will grow two times from 2012 to 2015. China central government support the development of software industry, the Central Committee and State Council, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Information Industry and so on. This paper summarize the problems of the software industry in China. First, the industry development depended on the government policies, that is the Top-down strategy. This study was conducted to experiment the antibacterial activity of the extract of Ginkgo biloba Outer Seedcoat against pathogenic microorganism. The extracts effect on antibacterial power against seven species of pathogenic microorganism using experimental materials(Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jujuni, Shigella sonnei, Candida albicans, Streptococcus mutans). The results of antibacterial activity of polysaccharides as glucose separation in the Ginkgo biloba Outer Seedcoat, showed that the antibacterial activity of polysaccharides were higher than the extract of Ginkgo biloba Outer Seedcoats. Thus, the extract of Ginkgo biloba Outer Seedcoat has antibacterial activity, could be further developed into a antiseptic and disinfectants.
It has been knowing generally about a need of mashup which uses and combines data, presentation or functionality from two or more sources to create new services. IT can play a very important role in constructing collective intelligence because this can easily store and retrieve information, predominantly through databases and the Internet. In this paper, a scheme for development of collective intelligence based on mobile mashup service is presented. The way to construct collective intelligence on mobile environment is showed by smartphone App using open API, searching local area information, and making crowdsourcing system which support registering personal experience and recommendation. This study can be used to provide foundation for local promotion, social shopping, settlement service. In addition, prosumer participation, community activation, big data analysis and efforts for worth expansion of platforms are proposed in order to build collective intelligence based on mobile mashup.
This study attempted the development of Instruction Communication and Technology (ICT) based teaching/learning materials for physical education instruction using a teaching game for understanding model apply it to actual classes, and finally to establish its learning effects. Although ICT is applied to current physical education instruction, its use is mostly limited to the guidance of physical skills; its liaison with an instructional model is, as yet, very limited. If physical education instruction can be provided with an effective and well-coordinated use of ICT with an instructional model, we believe that it will improve the efficacy of instruction and learning. We thus restructured teaching games for understanding model and for an ICT application to physical education. We also developed ICT-based lesson paln. We then applied it practically to physical education and analyzed its effects with respect to teaching and learning. The results indicate that the instruction process positively affected conceptual learning and the feedback aided learning skills in physical education.
As part of a sustainable green growth in order to create a more pleasant urban landscape, in this study users' behavior and image characteristics have been analyzed in case of Baekunsan eco-forest and Sunchon eco-forest in Jeollanam-do. The research data was collected in Baekunsan eco-forest(Gwangyang-ci) and Sunchon eco-forest(Sunchon-ci) and main results of this study are as follows: The users' purpose are found the higher the relaxation and leisure purpose as a whole and Baekunsan eco-forest higher relaxation purpose while Sunchon eco-forest higher learning and training purpose which are related to the composition background of the eco-forest. The factor analysis of eco-forest are composed of three characters such as 'Psychology', 'Accessibility' and 'Facilities'. The importance of the factors are analyzed on the psychological factors(4.19) is the highest, and access factors(3.48), facility factors(3.20), respectively.
The government has been comprehended a performance of educational institutions based on self-evaluation for improving their educational capabilities. However, the detailed guidelines are not presented that describe the object should be evaluated but only the approximate guidelines are only suggested. Thus this study suggested Self-evaluation model for business performance improvement. This model systemically approached the key performance indicators from a view point of various managerial frames, i.e. BSC and engineering authentication, and factors related with university-education capabilities. Additionally, this model performs interim appraisal of developed indicators based on SLA, enables continuous management of indicators and supports operating strategies based on the result of evaluating indicators. The model was empirically verified by applying to self-evaluation of K university and evaluated as a top grade for two years in a row.
This study analyzed the impacts of school violence & cyber bullying victimization on the Internet game addiction from 896 4th-6th grade elementary school students in Seoul and Gyeonggi educational regions. Results indicated that school violence and cyber bullying victimization could aggravate Internet game addiction, particularly, for male students compared to female students. Regrading family and friend protection as buffer factors for Internet game addiction, the family protection could alleviate the negative impacts of cyber bullying victimization on the level of game addiction and the friend protection could moderate the negative impacts of school violence victimization on the Internet game addiction level.
