AB - The regional system on a intended use frequently which plans urban area and control land uses should be based on the specific and detail plan for the space available in the area, such as differential distribution of major functions of the city and functional characteristics of the site caused by the specialized use of land. However, current major plans for the development of available space in an urban area are based on simple assignment of land uses designated under the false analyses of specific use, site, and facilities' spatial distribution. Based on these findings, this study investigates the characteristics and functions of space through the evaluation of the effectiveness of urban facility on a unit building for the better utilization of available space in an urban area. This may contribute to the establishment of specific and realistic plan for the available space in an urban area and support to direct proper investment on a global scale.
