Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this regulation is to stipulate matters concerning the publication of the thesis (hereinafter referred to as thesis) of the Korean Society for Software Appraisal.

Article 2 (Issue Date) Thesis should be published twice a year (the end of June and the end of December).

Article 3 (Publication) Thesis should be published as follows.
(1) At least one thesis must be published on the publication date.
(2) In the case of the resolution of the editorial committee, two or more thesis can be simultaneously published on the same publication date.

Article 4 (Number of Volumes for Issue by Door) The number of volumes to be issued is determined in consideration of the following items.
(1) A copy of the original thesis must be presented to the corresponding author.
(2) Originals for presentations to the National Library of Korea and famous libraries must be included.
(3) It must include 10 originals for permanent storage.

Article 5 (Assignment of number) The number of thesis is assigned according to the following rules.
(1) The first thesis published every year is set to No. 1, and the number is sequentially assigned to the papers published afterwards.
(2) If there are more than 6 papers in a specific field among the papers scheduled to be published, these papers can be collected and issued with an independent number, and two or more papers can be published on the same publication date.

Article 6 (Volume Number Allocation) The allocation of volume numbers for thesis papers is in accordance with the following rules.
(1) For the first thesis published every year, a new volume number should be assigned regardless of the previously issued issue number.
(2) If the issue number is sequentially issued from No. 1 to No. 6, the volume number should be changed from the paper published on the next publication date.

Article 7 (Thesis of the same author) Only two or less thesis of the same author may be published at the same time in each issue of the journal. However, in order for the same author to publish two books in the form of a single author, it must obtain approval from the editor-in-chief.

Article 8 (Order and Method of Publication) Only thesis that have passed the review should be published in the order of submission, but the order of publication can be adjusted according to the order of arrival of the final thesis.

Article 9 (Publishing Method) Published thesis will be announced online through the website. If additional thesis booklets are needed, they can be purchased after requesting separately from the secretariat. Details are in accordance with the thesis publication regulations (booklet purchase fee containing the thesis participating as an author: 30,000 won per book, other book purchase fees: 50,000 won per book)

Article 10 (Cost) Membership registration fee, dissertation review fee, and publication fee are as follows.
(1) Membership fee: Free
(2) General examination fee: Free, urgent examination fee: 200,000 won
(3) Thesis publication fee: KRW 300,000
(4) Company name: KRW 200,000

Article 11 (Others and Exceptions) Other matters and exceptional cases may be decided by the editor-in-chief at the editorial meeting.
