    The ontological analysis of Zhu Xi’s ‘LitongQiyi(理同氣異)’ and ‘QiyiLiyi(氣異理異)’

    This paper aims at explaining Zhu Xi’s ‘LitongQiyi(理同氣異)’ and ‘QiyiLiyi(氣異理異)’. When Zhu Xi was 58 years old, he modified Gao Zi(<告子>) chapter of Mencius(≪孟子≫). In the process of modifying it, Zhu Xi’s disciples began to question about ‘Li(理)’ and ‘Qi(氣)’. Because it is likely that ‘Li’ isn’t coherent. First, all existence have the same ‘Li’, but ‘Qi’ is different(理同氣異). Second, ‘Qi’is different, so ‘Li’ also alters(氣異理異). They thought that The two propositions of ‘Li’ and ‘Qi’ are contraction. However, Zhu Xi admitted The two propositions of ‘Li’ and ‘Qi’. Because he thought that two propositions complete each other. The two propositions of ‘Li’ and ‘Qi’ are ontological subject. Through ontological analyzing those, it could be confirmed why Zhu Xi admitted The two propositions of ‘Li’ and ‘Qi’.

    태허대사와 소태산대종사는 각각 한⋅중 두 나라 근대의 불교 개혁자로서 같은 시대에 서로 다른 국가에서 살고 있었지만 민족국가의 위기 앞에서 개인의 구도(求道)생활 과정 중 불교의 발전과 민족국가의 생존을 연계시켜 불교응세(佛教应世), 불교개혁(佛教改革), 불교구세(佛教救世) 등 주장을 내세우며 불교개혁운동을 적극적으로 추진하였다. 그들의 불교 사상을 보면 그들의 개혁 시점은 위기에 빠진 국가와 중생을 구원하는데 있지만 개혁내용이 서로 다르다. 태허대사는 불교 내에서 개혁을 통해 불교의폐단을 제거하고 새로운 발전을 도모한 반면, 소태산의 개혁은 개종에 뜻을 두고 있는것 같다. 물론 그들의 궁극적인 목표는 불교이상국을 건설한다는 것으로 서로 다르지않았고 불교이상국을 실현하는 방법 또한 설법으로 설정했지만, ‘어떻게 불도를 설법을하는지?’, ‘어떤 실천행동을 해야 하는지?’ 등에서 차이가 나는 것은 분명하다. 태허대사와 소태산대종사의 불교사상의 연구는 한⋅중 근대 불교의 세속화과정을 이해하고 서로다른 결과가 나타나는 등의 원인을 규명하는데 그 의의가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 한⋅중 두나라 불교 연구 분야의 교류에도 도움이 될 것이라 생각한다.

    A Study of the Semantic of the Verbs in the Characters Of Radicals "Fire" In ShuoWenJieZi

    This paper discusses 44 verbs in the Characters Of Radicals “Fire” In ShuoWenJieZi. That includes the application and extinction of these words, the heritage and development of these words and so on. Through this paper’s study,the developing process and features of these verbs in history could be seen clearly. Meanwhile, this paper discusses a peculiar kind of verbs in the Characters Of Radicals “Fire” which has not been discovered in other studies of semantic field.

    A Study on 《LAOQIDA⋅DANZIJIE》

    ≪노박집람⋅단자해≫는 ≪노걸대≫와 ≪박통사≫의 학습 사전이다. 이 책은 1509∼1517년경 조선시대 한학자 최세진에 의하여 편집되었다. 지금까지 ≪노박집람≫을중심으로 한 연구결과는 한국과 중국의 양 지역 모두 아주 적은 편이며, 중국에는 한 편의 기간논문과 한 편의 박사논문이 있고, 한국에는 모두 6편의 기간논문이 있다. 이 연구는 ≪노박집람⋅단자해≫를 통해서 (1) 어떤 글자(한자)가 모국어가 한국어인 중국어학습자에게 학습하기 어려웠고, (2) 왜 학습하기 어려웠는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 방법으로는 (1) ≪노박집람⋅단자해≫에서 소개된 글자(한자)의 풀이를 음운,문법, 의미로 나누었고, (2) 각각의 특성을 분석하였고, (3) ≪노박집람⋅단자해≫에서언급된 글자(한자)를 조선왕조실록에서 사용하였는지의 여부를 조사하였다. 분석결과에 의하면, 중국어 학습자에게 난이도가 높은 한자는 다음과 같은 순서이다. (1) 여러 개의 의미를 가진 한자(99개), (2) ‘語助’、 ‘語助辭’、 ‘助語辭/助語之辭’ 등 문법기능을 나타내는 한자(20개), (3) 여러 개의 의미와 여러 개의 성조를 가진 한자(13개), (4) 여러 개의 의미와 여러 개의 소리를 가진 한자(8개), (5) 접사로 사용되는 한자(6개), (6) 여러 개의 의미와 하나의 성조로 사용되는 한자(5개), (7) 여러 가지의 의미와 한가지의 소리로 사용되는 한자(4개), (8) 중첩에 사용되는 한자(3개), (9)하나의의미와 여러 개의 성조로 사용되는 한자(1개) 등이다. 이외에 56개 한자(하나의 의미 혹은 하나의 성조 혹은 하나의 소리를 가지고 있는한자) 중에서, 23개의 한자는 ≪조선왕조실록≫에서 의미나 기능을 찾을 수 없는 한자이다. 따라서 이 한자들은 새롭게 학습해야 하는 글자이다. 이에 ≪노박집람⋅단자해≫는 특별히 이런 유형의 한자 23개를 소개하게 되었다.

    The Study of “Fist of Fury” Similar Movies and the Nature of Relationships of the East Asian Countries

    Bruce Lee’s “Fist of Fury” is one of the bar settlers in martial arts movie history. The movie has been truly meaningful not only to Chinese speaking people but also to the East Asians including Koreans. In the current study,through the analysis of “Fist of Fury,” and “Fist of Fury” similar movies including its sequels, imitations and remakes, how those movies mirror the nature of relationships among the three East Asian countries (China, Korea,and Japan) has been discussed.“Fist of Fury” was filmed when Taiwanese and Hong Kongers had anti-Japanese sentiment due to Senkaku/Diaoyu island dispute. Because the movie was filmed vividly portraying the anti-Japanese sentiment throughout the entire story, Bruce Lee starred in the movie became a national hero. The current study indicates that because the legendary movie successfully read and reflected the contemporary film viewers’ sentiments in East Asia, it could be such an influential work. The study further illustrates that since the “Fist of Fury” similar movies understood the importance of contemporary viewers’ state, films attempted to echo different contemporary viewers reflecting the nature of relationships of the East Asian countries.

    Comparative Research on Chinese Classical Mythology and Greek Mythology - The Sinilarities and Uniqueness -

    Greek and Chinese mythologies reflect the core source of each culture. So called ‘Cultural Complex’, the mythology has unique characteristics depending on how the culture was originated. An easy way to investigate the characteristics of western and eastern culture, therefore, is to compare two mythologies. The current research focuses on the uniqueness and similarities of the motifs from the two mythologies in order to analyze the basic trait and origin of the cultures. Similarities in myths will be described first, along with their implications. Structure of the myths, relationships between the god and the human, the figure and personality of the heroes, implementation of universal belief of people, and difference in how those myths evolved will follow. Lastly,fundamental reasons for such difference will be added.

    The Shang and Zhou Dynasties Archaeological Study of "Cultural norms" Problem

    In the process of research on the archaeological culture of the Shang and Zhou dynasties in middle reaches of the Yangtze River, we put forward three concepts, named the dynasty “culture norms”, “cultural system” and “culturalintegration”. Through the new perspective to observe, analyze and interpret the dynasty cultural relics, the local cultural relics and relationship between them,we put forward many new problems. We chose to such two aspects to clarify management process of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River between the two dynasties of the Shang and Zhou. One is the comparison with the difference of control to the area between them; the other is the analysis on overlapping and replacement of their cultural norms. We try to use the traditional and pure archaeological theory in the archaeological research of historical period, and what we pursue is how to complete the study from the lower‐level artifacts to the middle‐level cultural analysis, and then leap to the top‐level social system.

    Consideration of chinese minority race's surrounding changing their traditional philosophy - focused on YiZu living in ShiLin, Yun nan

    This study will focus on how moral culture of chinese minority people changes. Especially, this study targeted YiZu living in ShiLinYiZuZiZhiXian,Yun nan sheng and investigated how their traditional philosophy changes and which surroundings it changes. First, this study investigated present condition of YiZu’s traditionalphilosophy and ShinLinYiZuZhiXian. Next, this study investigated surrounding factor changing their traditional philosophy. This study considered changing surrounding factors which can be found in both other minority people and YiZu living in other areas as common factors. Subsequently, this study considered changing surrounding factors that can be only found in ShiLinYiZuZiZhiXian as special factor. Minority people’ traditional philosophy shows their life convention, identity,and values. After Ching dynasty, ShiLinYiZu was controlled by government. In modern times, it changes faster than any other minority people due to advances in means of transportation and communication technology, nearness of big city,securement of big tourist attraction and so on. Maybe, in some respect,ShiLinYiZuZiZhiXian is spearheading the influence of globalization and informatizion in the middle of the megatrend of the twenty-first century. And as science technology is developed and the traffic of men is activated, this change will be expanded to biased minority people’ areas. Through this study,you can generalize situation of ShiLinYiZu, project it onto other minority people and think about change and future of minority people.

    The Formation and Impact of Chinese intellectuals network in the Internet era

    This paper is an analysis of Chinese intellectuals network’s formation and differentiation the political and social impact in the Internet era. Since,Chinese intellectuals was greatly divided with the New Left and liberals since the 1990s, the ideological differentiation among them accelerated after the 2000s. The each group of Chinese intellectuals has been operating its own academic and social space, media, research institutions, etc, and now the development of the Internet make supporters crowd around the each group. Networks of Chinese intellectuals, built in both online and offline, is not only limited to intellectuals but is now expanding the connection with netizen (people) and the power elite. That is to say, intellectuals, netizen (people) and the power elite form a three-party combination on the basis of intellectuals network thorough online and offline. It means that the popularization of line struggle have been making by intellectuals network in contemporary China.
