AB - Objective : The purpose of study was to make clear the matter of elderly's quality of life and Health perception, to investigate into factors which heighten the quality of life of elderly and to suggest the basic information to plan strategies which improve quality of life. Methods : For this purpose, 553 elderly subjects participated in questionnaires to investigate product preference and responded in survey used to make clear self-health status and quality of life in preceding research. Results : The results of this study can be summarized as following. First, a degree of recognition of self-health was the usual level. Second, quality of life had the positive relevance among self-health status, the financial level and the educational level(p<.01). Conclusion : The health perception of elderly affects the quality of life positively. The research of elderly's quality of life has to involve the analysis of health perception, economic level, educational level.
