AB - This study analyzed the web style guide of five foreign university library web sites and extracted the web site components of main university libraries in ten domestic areas and then drew the common factors from the components. This study also found out the unity and rule in the general design trends of university library web sites. In order to do this, the results for the usability and accessibility of university library web sites were applied to this study. And being based on it, this study presents the web style guide components of the university libraries which are the factors to endow the web site with the consistently visual identity.
