AB - This study examines the concept of knowledge and knowledge management. Then, it analyzes some factors for successful knowledge management in terms of trust, communication channels, decision making participation, innovativeness, shared value, and CKO support. The suggestions of the study can be used to establish knowledge management in organizations.
