AB - In the preceding research of optimization of the beacon Rx power threshold for scanning trigger in WLAN, the newly developed WLAN simulation model to minimize the packet loss has a new scanning procedure to search other access points a little bit earlier than usual by using the counter of the received beacons that have Rx power less than the predefined threshold. In this paper, performance analysis under various multi TCP traffic environment has been done and the usefulness of the developed WLAN simulation model has been verified.
