AB - 본 고에서는 저작권 침해 기관으로서 새롭게 컴퓨터프로그램보호위원회와 통합한 저작권위원회가 특히 소프트웨어 감정이라는 영역을 포함한 감정기관으로서의 역할이 가지는 의미를 정리하여 보았다. 일반 저작물과 다른 소프트웨어 감정의 특징을 살펴보고, 향후 복잡해지는 저작권 감정 문제를 대처하기 위한 방안에 대해서도 제시하였다. 융합기술가 스마트 시대에 맞추어 소프트웨어 분야의 강국이 되기 위해서는 저작권 분쟁에 대비한 제반 인프라로서 저작권 위원회는 매우 중대하며 지속적으로 적극적인 역할이 기대된다.
