AB - In this study, to improve the profit distribution of literary and artistic works used in broadcasting, we examined the size of the domestic broadcasting market and global copyright fees, and confirmed the protection regulations of domestic and foreign works .Regulations on the collection of broadcasting fees by domestic literary and artistic copyright organizations were reviewed, and regulations on the collection of works for broadcasting companies by overseas literary and artistic copyright organizations were reviewed. In this study, to improve the profit distribution of literary and artistic works used in broadcasting, we examined the size of the domestic broadcasting market and global copyright fees, and confirmed the protection regulations of domestic and foreign works.
