AB - This study examined protection measures using block-chain technology, which is widely used in virtual currency transactions, as a way to prevent infringement of software copyrights due to software piracy.
Block-chain has the advantage of not only verifying the owner but also enabling transactions between individuals to be carried out safely without external intervention. This confirms the possibility of applying a software copyright protection system, making it possible to easily track and manage the confirmation of genuine software and the distribution process. An attempt was made to develop chain technology. Using block-chain technology, we designed a software copyright protection platform (system) that can be easily used by small software companies that have difficulty developing their own software copyright protection technology or building a specialized system.
