ABSTRACT

In Web3.0-based content ecosystems, an original work spawns many derivative works, yet royalty settlement stays within contracting parties: value-creating participants are excluded, and conflicting distribution conditions leave no residual share for the downstream creator. This paper proposes a two-stage model separating settled shares, fixed only by contracts and pre-agreed rules, from community-adjusted contribution rewards, with pro-rata abatement, cap-based redistribution, and soulbound-based dual-token DAO governance. Distributions matched hand-calculated expectations, and no invariant was violated across 1,000 generated contracts. Lowering the reward cap to 10% cut the Gini coefficient from 0.398 to 0.258 while rank correlation stayed above 0.999, letting governance tune the concentration-incentive trade-off.
