ABSTRACT

a lot of business processes, and the renewed processescontribute new paradigms of the 21th century. As one of the rev olutions, ISO 9000 becomes a standard for developingefficient quality management systems which provide any-time and Thus, it becomes important to research on quality management sy stems for improving quality in information flowingand service domain. In this paper, we describe the applicable d irection and the case study of ISO 9001:2000 whicho help for the quality enhancement.
