AB - The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of preference books according to the children's personality types. For this study, the analytical criteria of preference books was made through literature review and investigated the contents of the borrowed books of 6th grade students collected from 3 elementary school libraries. This study found that the characteristics of preference books differ according to the children's personality types. Based on the results of this study, new reading education programs according to various personality types are expected to be developed.
