AB - This study aims to bound the preliminary material for the disabled to provide personalized information systematically and effectively. In order to carry out this study, reference research and survey are conducted the disabled, protector, professional, researcher and teacher. The result, disabled and the persons involved in primary source of disability was a portal site. Critical information types were job board, mobile access to (traffic) information on the information, and medical institutions and so on. Also, Able-bodied compared to the importance of information for disabled people was low and acquisition of data feel it is hard and availability of critical information types, depending on the types of disability and acquisition the difference appeared.
