AB - Internet Information Resources are commonly utilized in the Academic Communication process. Securing the stability of Internet Information Resources is a critical factor in the efficiency of Academic Communication. In an effort to secure the stability of Internet Information Resources, this study conducts longitudinal studies to verify the stability of Internet Information Resources cited as references in the Academic Communication process. Furthermore, this study performs quantitative analysis on the accessibility of Internet Resources and qualitative analysis on the authenticity and uniformity of accessible resources. Quantitative analysis shows that accessibility decreased by 26.1% (2013 data set) - 27.4% (2019 data set) - in the initial 5 years since publication, 28.3% in the 5-10 years span, and 26.5% in the 10-15 years span. Qualitative analysis shows the percentage of citations found to be uniform with the initially cited resource 39.4% after five years of publication, 16.8% after 10 years, and 14.8% after 15 years. In both quantitative and qualitative analysis, we observe a decrease in stability over time. The researcher presents implications and suggestions for improving the stability of Internet Information Resources.
