AB - Terrorism response is not the problem of a specific ministry or an organization, but the problem of the government as a whole. However, in reality, a specific ministry or an organization has a full responsibility according to the types of terrorist attacks. For example, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security has a prime responsibility for domestic terrorism, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has a prime responsibility for international terrorism against Korean people and its property. I the case of the occurrence of a terrorist attack, the total integrated responses of the governmental ministries and organizations are required for the effective crisis management of terrorism. The most important thing in the response against terrorism is the systematic and organized security posture of all ministries and organizations as a team. Whatever the types of terrorist attacks are, each ministry and organization has his own responsibility, and has to undertake partial responsibility with simultaneous manners to minimize the influence of terrorism and to reestablish its national order. In this connection, Terrorism Response Integrated Management System(TRIMS) which can control and coordinate the duties and standard operating procedure of individual ministry and organization is critical as far as terrorism response concerned. The purpose of this paper is to provide a model of terrorism response integrated management system. To achieve this goal, understanding of the system and concept of the TRIMS are presented. At the same time, with the result of the research on the detailed description of the main component of the TRIMS, the concrete methods in terms of practical utilization of TRIMS is suggested.
