AB - Korea's security instructor qualification is started in 1997 and have been performed 13 times so far now. If you examine the Security Industry Act Article 13 paragraph 3, you must find that this examination is easy to obtain a certificate for police or military's experience. Many police apply for the test to obtain certificate. because they think it is good for after their Retirement. Based on analysis of police statistics 2009, the total number of security companies is 3,270, the number of guards who are working is 146,000 people. But the annual exemption for a primary test is only 0.5%. And who have a primary exemption with the university courses and private security experience is only 33 people from 2007 to 2009. For developing security instructor qualification, people who have a private security experience obtain the opportunity to certify the qualification license easily. Police and security-related university graduates who have a long experience in security must have a opportunity to a primary test exemption. And many private security guards get a exemption for a primary test. that can lead the growth Korea's security business. Compared to the case of foreign Qualification of Security Leader, they demand for an experience and expertise of security.
