ABSTRACT

The purpose of this searching study is to realize the current situation on the surge in demand on social service and government financial limitation and to pose the importance of expanding more stable social service. This paper attempted to suggest the focused policy analyzing the cause-and-effect relationship involving the policy impacts on policy process focused on the early intervention service for the children with ADHD as a representative social service. In addition, the aim of this study is to propose the policy implication on expansion of service in the future through an analysis on the relative importance of the early intervention service for the children with ADHD. As results of this study, the implications is suggested as follows. First, the vitalization of added market in social service and affiliated industry by social service should be established. Second, the training of service providers for qualitative internal stability and the definite feedback of service performance-based, not for expansion of resources like perfunctory labor force, are important. Third, The service should be decided according to the recipients' desire not focused on providers depending on service providers. Fourth, it is important to develop the tools to grasp the effectiveness of social service. Lastly, for the expansion of social service and provision of stable service, it is important to establish the professional consulting institutions as a service providing organization.
