ABSTRACT

This study investigates the relation of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Industrial accidents. Occupational Health and Safety Act is by the most basic rules for the prevention of industrial accidents. Therefore, we analyzed that what kind of Act is most important for the prevention of industrial accident. As the main results, occur industrial accidents will be lower probability to keep the Act #13 and #33, #31, #34. Furthermore, industrial accidents will be growing up when the male ratio and foreign ratio is higher than others. It can be seen that the law-abiding is to improve the productivity of workers, and it is necessary to improve the safety and health of the workplace environment.
