ABSTRACT

This research examines the implementation process for the Solar City Daegu Project by applying policy network theory. The theory explains the participation and interaction of multiple participants in structural policy-making. Hower, due to its limits, this research problems in making the theory applicable to policy-making. by addressing this issue, the research examines how appropriate the theory is in elucidation, in reality, a very complex case. this research identifies the elements of the theory that are applicable to the Solar City Daegu project, and considers the impact of the project on renewable energy policy.
