ABSTRACT

This paper is to aim the analysis of ‘strong and prosperous state building of North Korea’ as a ideology for ‘system maintenance’. For this, first, this paper analyzes the necessary and sufficient condition for ‘system transformation’. This paper suggests that the necessary condition for ‘system transformation’ is ‘system reform’ and the sufficient condition for ‘system transformation’ is how well the heterogeneous thing conjugated at the system is suitable for other things in the system. Second, this paper presents the ‘army first policy’ of North Korea as inertial power. This paper analyzes the justification-logic for the ‘army first policy’ of North Korea and the strategic effect of the ‘army first policy’ of North Korea. Finally, this paper presents the economic reform under the ‘army first policy’ of North Korea as just a stopgap to deal with the aggravated economic crisis, rather than a permanent reform intended to bring about change on the economic system. This paper analyzes this in the context of the autonomy of the heterogeneous thing conjugated at the system.
