ABSTRACT

Korean political culture generate new participation wave of political fandom. The fandom of Moon Jae-in is a typical example. Moon’s fandom have distinguishing features from cultural fandom. Moon’s fandom are forming dual fandom culture of cultural fandom and sports fandom. This paper analyzes this dual feature of Moon’s fandom, using Jenkins’ five levels of cultural fandom activities.
