In most universities, the goal of liberal education is to teach basic virtues for living as a member of society, and to cultivate the creative capabilities for having a good life as a cultured person, who can recognize social problems and can be able to find solutions to them. Even though having different policies of how many credits are give to liberal education according to its criteria of opening the course, each university continuously keep opening the liberal eduction courses in response to the newly raised requirements from the whole society as well as students Since the 2000s, the new interests and tastes have resulted in the brand-new courses. These included the courses of cultural life, hobbies and so on to which students preferred. In this context, the liberal education that sticks to classical and traditional approach failed to meet what students and society want.
