Most software flaws that occur during the operational phase are often not identifed during the development phase. Therefore, to ensure reliability of software during the development phase is very important. This study proposes a predictive model to improve the reliability of the weapon system software during the development phase. Using the RADC model proposed in this study, we calculate the predicted reliability of the softwae development phase for the software project developed by M company. Experiments compaing before and after model application indicated a significant decrease in the predictive defect density (PDD) and the predictive defect count (PDC). The results of the experiment showed that we could reduce the burden on the operational phase by minimizing the failure in the softwae development phase.

Recently, in order to efficiently utilize the national R&D budget and expand transparency in the development of weapon system, it is expanding the need fr using technologies owned by civil government-funded research institutes. This paper aims to introduce the concept of utilization of technology in the civil government-funded research institutes, the quantitative evaluation methodology and the facilitating policies in the process of requirements validation of weapon system.

The article is organized as follows. The first clarifies research questions, the purpose of study and methodology about innovative direction of national defense personnel policy: Ori's Military officers popuem & integrity storytelling in the middle of the Chosun dynasty. The second deals with methods of study, literature review, previous research and theoretical background of innovative direcion of national defense personnel policy: Ori's Military officers popuem & integrity storytelling in the middle of the Chosun dynasty. The analytical variables of a characteristic Ori integrity experience stortelling healing are seonbi spirit & body experience, so forth. The third presents analysis variables about innovative direction of national defense personnel policy: Ori's Military officers popuem & integrity storytelling in the middle of the Chosun dynasty. The forth suggests research effect & limitations for fostering innovative direction of national defense personnel policy: Ori's Military officers popuem & integrity storytelling in the middle of the Chosun dynasty. The last concluded that there are healing channel, healing, some suggestion & expectation effect, so forth. Those alternatives are Ori's clean mind & unselfishness and there are few alternatives of national defense policy, imperturbable Mind(不勳心), Ori storytelling and some suggestion & expecation effect, so forth.
