AB - The purpose of this study is to develop the continuing education program for records managers. To reach the goal of this study, literature review and a survey was undertaken. Through literature review, essential knowledge areas of records manager were observed. The survey was also performed by 57 records managers in Korea to understand needs and satisfactions of the continuing education. In conclusion, this study suggested the continuing education program model including education contents, teaching methods, duration of lecture time, and lecturers etc.
