AB - This paper introduces the progress and remaining tasks regarding the establishment of the record center led by the Ministry of Justice since 2015. The establishment of the record center requires long-term and repetitive mutual and organic agreements, reviews, and feedback processes that involve internal and external parties from multilateral areas. This paper is a summary of the major proceedings and results of each field. The cases introduced in this paper regarding the establishment of the Ministry of Justice Record Center are expected to be a useful and valuable resource for other institutions seeking to establish a record center.
