AB - Objectives: This study aimed to identify recent research trends in digital healthcare in Korea and to examine the structural relationships among major research keywords using network text analysis. Methods: A total of 280 articles published in journals indexed in the Korea Citation Index (KCI) from January 2021 to December 2025 were analyzed. Frequency analysis, degree centrality analysis, and community cohesion analysis were performed using NetMiner 4.5. Results: In the frequency analysis, Research was the most frequent keyword (79, 28.2%), followed by Core (53, 18.9%), Healthcare (48, 17.1%), Foundation (45, 16.1%), Analysis (37, 13.2%), Utilization (31, 11.1%), Telemedicine (30, 10.7%), and Artificial Intelligence (25, 8.9%). Degree centrality was highest for Research (0.944), followed by Core (0.916), Healthcare (0.833), Foundation (0.805), Utilization (0.777), and Digital (0.750). Digital, Health Management, and Digital Therapeutics showed relatively high degree centrality compared with their occurrence frequencies. The cohesion map identified three clusters: G1, digital healthcare foundations and services; G2, application, outcomes, and activation of digital healthcare technologies; and G3, awareness and uti- lization of digital therapeutics. Conclusions: These findings indicate that digital healthcare research in Korea has expanded from infrastructure and service development toward practical applications of artificial intelligence, telemedicine, data-driven health manage- ment, and digital therapeutics.
