AB - This study is a descriptive research to improve the curriculum of the Armed Forces Nursing Academy. The new curriculum was designed to meet the expectation and need of the military and the society, and to accept the opinion of the people concerned. Eighty seven senior cadets, lecturers and faculty completed the questionnaire anonymously. Through an analysis of the data, 7 topics were extracted.
This study presented the effective methods to manage credit and clinical nursing practice, and to concentrate learning. In addition, the researchers investigate the possibility that cadets can gain a bachelor's degree in military and a certificate of preschool teacher.
The identity of the Armed Forces Nursing Academy should be studied and The opening the department of military science need to be investigated.
