AB - As the importance of cultural information becomes greater than for a new national economic para digm in the knowledge based soc iety. The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines for building up a national cultu ral information network model that enable to promote governmen t's recognition and cultural po licy. This research includes tuations, and economic effect of cultural industry.
