AB - This study aims to examine users’ perceptions of and experiences about archival reference services in a university archive. The study uses the Researcher Survey provided by the Archival Metrics Project to understand users’ perceptions about the university archive and users’ satisfaction level of facilities and services. Based on the results of the survey among 47 users and the interview with the archivist working in the university archive, this study suggests recommendations for improving archival reference services.
