AB - This study was intended to propose a plan for the operation of the local assembly information services as a service for the specialized service of the National Assembly Library’s depository library. To that end, the information services of the national assembly libraries, the local assembly libraries, and the social science libraries were investigated and analyzed. We drew the implications based on the results of the analysis and finally developed the operational strategies such as the strengthening the data sharing system for the local council, the assembly information reply service for local councils and the information literacy program for users.
