AB - The ideal design of the new libraries in 21st century is explored by bench marking many libraries in developed countries. The library buildings are designed to be intelligent, multi-functional, and environmentally compatible, displaying various library treasures and promoting library materials. Thus the libraries become the community centers and tourist attractions.
