AB - This study aims to evaluate the usability for improving quality of information services in eight public libraries website, Daejeon City Area. Usability testing are used two method, that is WebXACT analysis and Heuristic Evaluation. These analysis are included the generalitems(file size, total downloaded size, file type, metadata tag, style sheet, image), quality of website(content defects, search and navigation, page efficiency, browser compatibility) and accessability. Finally this paper was suggested some general testing guidelines for improving usability of public libraries website in accessability and navigation
