AB - At the public library, one researcher analyzed the present condition. Information literacy was conducted among elementary school students to seek a better solution through the consideration of the features of the public library. This study was done because the education functional status of the public library was reinforced and also increased the need for the information literacy. In this study, Improved plan for the information literacy operation which considers the public library‘s features, was offered according to the facilities, materials, librarian, student and information literacy program and the improved plan for the information literacy was offered according to the education preparation, education method and education progress.
