AB - University library user's needs and complains are delivered to librarians through the homepage BBS. The purpose of this study is to examine the user's needs and complains in BBS. Twelve domestic university libraries and three foreign university libraries are analyzed. And the result of this study will be useful for developing the library system for end users.
