AB - FRBR(Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records) that is conceptual model of bibliographic universal is increased its value because of spreading digital libraries. This research investigates application strategies of the FRBR model. For the study 7 foreign application cases are analyzed. Especially focused on the reason of adoption and method of the entities in the first group of the FRBR model. The result of this research could be the basic resources for study and implementation of the FRBR Model.
