AB - The Reference Model for an Open Archival Information system(OAI S) was recommended for developing digitalarchives effectively and for implementing interoperability and Reference Model is high-level recommendation, it does not speci fy a design and an implementation. Therefore, thisstudy investigates the architecture of several digital archives , suggestes three strategies for persistent archive, andt, and secure digital archive.
